Hands down, the most calm, knowledgeable, and real person/assistant/tech/sales associate with whom I have ever worked with at any cell store anywhere. ***golf clap and high five***. Thanks for being a shining star in knowing your...stuff and owning it humbly. This facility is lucky to have you!

Thennnnnn....flash forward...I go in yesterday to work with Justin, and BOOM....equally fantastic service with explaining (patiently I might add) all of the things and making it happen quickly and efficiently.

Thank you guys and the leadership who sets these folks up to be able to be awesome at their jobs.

Went in for a new phone and Melysa was great. She was very patient and helped to answer all of my questions. She also gave me plenty of info about options for my preteen kids that I debate getting phones or watches for. Everyone in the store was helpful and friendly!

Justin and the other folk at this store are wonderfully easy to work with. Had a hiccup with a new-phone-activation and Justin was very quick to help resolve the issue.

If your phone or phone service has been lacking, make a drive to this location, you will not be disappointed.

Justin Cook was amazing! Called me to troubleshoot my bill and helped me consolidate other services (hulu, Disney, Walmart+, paramount+) and save money. He was friendly, transparent and so professional. I look forward to trusting him with my phone needs in the future.

My husband and I recently got new phones and transferred services for ourselves and our kids. We worked with Melysa in Sanford and she was absolutely amazing! She has helped us get everything set up and hand held us the last three days to make sure everything is perfect. Which was no easy because I am not one to make things easy. From our phones to our watches to the iPad, She and her team have gone above and beyond every step of the way and I look forward to working with her again in the future!

Today I brought my Mom in to upgrade her phone and remove a line from the account. Justin was very informative and patient with us. He recognized that my Mom was intimidated by getting a new phone and made this so easy for her! He heard her say she loved her iPhone 8 and he brought out a phone iPhone SE. He then went over how similar the functionality was of the SE to her current phone and explained the upgrades thus phone. She was sold! He was able to review her account to help her save some money each month as well. Thank You Justin! You have two loyal customers, we will be back!
