Jim was so helpful at the Southcenter store. Explained the difference between firm plush and soft. Plus varied price ranges. Great experience. We left felling like old friends. And with the best new mattresses for our family's sleep and budget.

Dalton and Hezekiah were amazing and efficient with our mattress and bed frame setup. I'd rate 6 stars, because our store put in the wrong address and had these guys down in Federal Way for an Issaquah delivery. This is the second time I've purchase from a Mattress Depot and have not been disappointed with the service or product.

Nate was extremely helpful and made our purchase super easy. He provided multiple options explaining every item but was never pushy about making a sale. We ended up buying more than we planned on because he gave us such great discounts and provided excellent customer service. I wish all salespeople were like Nate!

Mattress Depot was excellent. I live in Canada and my mom lives at an Assisted Living Home in Kent, WA. She needed a new bed that could be delivered the same day. David was more than helpful with finding a bed that my mom would like and was able to have it delivered the same day. He was extremely helpful and I couldn't be more happy that my mom won't be sleeping on the floor tonight!! Thanks Mattress Depot!!

I came at a busy time . Luke was very polite and made that I was taken care of.

This was the best mattress buying experience I've ever had. I was shown directly to the perfect price for quality point immediately. No one tried to upsell me or try to talk me into buying a mattress cover I don't need (I was asked if I wanted one, but there was zero pressure). The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I was in and out in 15 minutes and found exactly what I wanted for a price better than I expected. I came back two days later to pick it up, and was helped by someone different who was just as friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for my next mattress purchase.
