Lisa, a very kind and funny lady who's obviously passionate about her job gave us the best customer service EVER. She already knew what we'd ask, and wanted to learn our language😂
(Yes! She has greetings and phrases in many languages behind the counter!)

The guy working the counter was nice concidering the local crowd he has to deal with but I should have paid for my gas inside the store. I payed at the pump with my debit card and was charged the $63 to fill my tank which is fine but on top of that, Shell put an $85 hold on my debit card as well which I'm told will be their for up to 10 business days. It's now been 6 business days so I guessing they will hold up to there word and hang onto my money for just about another week and hopefully give it back when this is all said and done....It makes no sense and these days $85 is no small coin

A lot of sketchy people hang around this gas station. As long as you get your gas n snacks then leave, youll be ok. But don't expect to be treated nicely.

The cracked out night girl Melani is rude. She told me my total for my pack of cigarettes and when she was giving me back my change I asked why it was less than I should have gotten back well she got rude and said that was my total before taxes but that she didn’t tell me that total. Rude the whole entire time to me which I called her out on. She wouldn’t give me her name when I asked but I found it on the receipt. I’ve worked in customer service for years. Tell me that that was the price before taxes, print out the receipt and then I would have moved on. But no she had to be a bi*ch and then mutter stuff under her breathe when she turned around. I won’t be treated like garbage by some nasty cashier that looks like she’s drugged out all the time.
