Dunkin'

The woman working this morning at the counter taking the orders was phenomenal! didn't know anything about how to use the point system or anything on the app and she just walked me through it real quick, but it really showed her taking the excellent extra initiative when it wasn't necessary and I'm deeply grateful.

Adore and admire this location! Everyone is always so nice and attentive, to my needs when ordering, going about the store, and asking me about how I’m doing! Will definitely recommend to anyone close and in need of an early/late pick-me-up, and not desiring the vapidness of most coffee shops that just want to project a sense of superiority… you don’t get that here 💚

I'm glad I didn't let the 1* ratings sway my decision. I can only imagine if you have had a bad experience that you are way too picky and perhaps just stay home and cook for yourself.

I JUST had an order delivered via DoorDash and my package arrived intact and securely packaged. The sausage, egg, and cheese arrived hot and steamy. The 1/2 dz. donuts arrived fresh and moist, and my iced latte was made to perfection.

I was so impressed, I had to call Dunkin' and share my experience and initially the young lady that answered seemed apprehensive to hear what I had to say BUT as soon as she realized I was NOT calling to complain, but instead was calling to compliment the order and their employees, her tone changed and she was lovely.

P.S. Something I JUST noticed (that makes me know I'm right about the 1* reviewer being "PICKY") is that if you have left a 1* review for this Dunkin', is that the majority of your other "reviews" are 1* and generally beyond the employees control.

Kiki my barista was very happy and helpful. It's so pleasant to interact with someone full of sunshine. The coffee is great they brewed me fresh coffee on the spot! 😍☕☕☕☕☕

What I love about this particular Dunkin’ Donuts location is that they really try and for the most part succeed in fitting into the neighborhood coffee shop category a title that who knew could ever be bestowed onto a DD location. The outdoor seating area is very welcoming and inviting to say the least. #americarunsondunkin

Always great service, but today in particular . The girl Jay that was working was by herself which is ridiculous in itself, but she was taking care of a lot of people efficiently while being extremely nice. You better be paying her well, she is worth 2 people.

The employees are super awesome. He was super genuine and made my order perfect. I always enjoy great coffee when it is made the way I like it.

The front door was locked due to a leak inside but they were servicing online pick up orders. The staff was absolutely gracious and accommodating even though most customers were very rude. They got people their orders quickly and worked around people’s terrible attitude.

It’s Dunkin… I’m not there for the atmosphere

The food is always good, their service is quick. In addition, on my last visit I was in a rush and drove off before they gave me my hot chocolate and I did not have time to go back for a week. When I went back and told them what had happened they were very gracious and gave me a hot chocolate without charging me for it. That's the sign of a great business :-)

Was running late and grumpy and Eskene (I hope I remembered it correctly) Clarke was so efficient and kind! Great job young man. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Best Dunkin donuts around! Granted it's the smallest location in the area, the staff here don't mess around when it comes to your order. I have only had my order mixed up once in the 7 years I've been coming to this location. And it was by a new employee training. Mistakes happen. They corrected it right away! This is the most efficient store I've ever been to! Always smiles, laughing, and straight up perfect at this store!

Good stuff! Staff is quick and courteous. I left my phone behind and came back later and they had it. They verified it was mine before handing over...great job, worth a good tip

Love this place... the energy of the staff is SUPERB... they always look happy and give me a great boost to my attitude - more than even the great coffee! :)

This one has to be the best ran Dunkin Donuts is whole south Florida. Very efficient and friendly staff, food is really good, your food is out together nice unlike most places that just throw you stuff in a bag and the customer service is top-notch. Hats off to the manager is this dunkin donuts

This is one of the smaller locations but service is always friendly. I like to use the Dunkin app to place my orders for a quick pick up but in-person orders are just as fast.

It's not like the one when I was a kid they only had five different types and not the good ones the coffee was good and the egg and cheese croissant was good the drag Queen wasn't very nice she made you feel like we were bothering her maybe she was hung over hope you feel better for your customers sake

This is a very nice shop.. The staff is all sooo friendly.. Very easy going atmosphere.. There is seating outside amd i met some very great patrons sitting outside.. I believe they were regulars.. Wilton Manners is a quite laid back community.. Very low crime rate. I think this store plan rocks.. Enjoy..😁😁

This place was great it had the exact donut I was looking for and the coffee was amazingthey have places to sit and I was by myself but still very comfortable the staff talk to me and made me feel at home and they even offered a new pastry that they had made they showed it to me to see if I would like to purchase it and I did and it was out-of-this-world I would go there again anytime

The staff were friendly and the place looked clean so I'm not sure why there was only one other customer besides myself considering the location and being a Sunday morning... Regardless, good food and great service so I'll be back!
