Maurice & Fabio who deliver in Leesburg are amazing. They were so quick and efficient setting up our huge fridge. They are a great team and we couldn’t be happier.

One thing about lowes is they seem to have everything I need when it comes to a hardware store. Sometimes I come in for plumbing supplies, other times for electrical supplies and like today, I came in for some wood to help with a home project. We were in the area, and the staff at this location was nice and friendly and the store was clean as usual. We were able to get the wood that we needed and a staff member helped me load it into my van. Thanks.

I just have to say Josh really did a great job yesterday. we came in for a microwave and left purchasing a range too. Josh listened to our concerns and answered questions. While it was not his normal department he got answers for anything we asked.

My home away from home and favorite place to spend my money. They almost always have everything I need. Very friendly employees.

Found just what I was looking for to finish my D.I.Y. project. Helpful associates in this store which is getting harder to find these days. The plants in garden center were beautiful with lots of hanging pots full of petunias.

I received excellent customer service from Xavier Fountain, he was kind, courteous, and went the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer. He has the perfect qualities for his job, and I hope to see him grow in Lowes. He's definitely a keeper.

I enjoy shopping at Lowe's, especially this location. The people who are working at this location make my shopping there very enjoyable. My husband and I are shopping mainly at this location for the last 27 years. Happy new year.

The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from William in the flooring department. I have had the Best experience working with this Lowe’s. Christian one of the stores manager is by far the Best at customer service. He’s professional, courteous and goes beyond his way to make my money go far. He has made this my go to place for shopping. I hope Lowe’s corporate office reads reviews because they need to be able to see the value in employees like this!!!

I just recently moved down here from Nebraska. I came in the store today, and this gentleman Ron/MST Was the BIGGEST HELP!! He helped me find everything I needed. If you talk to him. Tell him I said THANK YOU! Again. These days are so hard to find AWESOME! Help like Ron.

Margurete (sp?) in the leesburg in-store customer service went above and beyond to help me! Early morning 11-7-23 she was able to transfer an in store credit to my new drivers' license number. (something that other stores and corporate phone c/s could not do.) In fact she called me three days later to inform me that the change had indeed gone through so I could use it! A refreshing moment of true customer service!

What's to say. Lowe's always makes my home improvement shopping easy. Can't find what I'm looking for, ask an associate. They're great people.
Once again, I found everything I needed at Lowe's. Very rarely do they not have what I'm looking for.

Went to the Leesburg Lowe’s since I was in the area, had everything I needed and store was well laid out and well stocked, I used self check out and a very nice worker was working in that area. Thanks

Had an issue with a blackstone grill. John McCarthy the store manager stepped up to help. He said he would deal with the manufacturer and make my purchase right. He took care of all arrangements to my satisfaction! I believe he went above and beyond any expectations I could have had! I would highly recommend this store!
