Great inexpensive grub. Yes, it's not a Michelin star restaurant, but awesome food for cheap if you want to get full. Chili is really good ! Friendly locals. It's a fun place to grab some drinks, and grub out.

This Place Rocks, Biker Friendly and Worth The Stop In. I Stopped For Food In Between Lakeland and Daytona, The People Are Nice, The Owner Is Phenomenal, and They Have Live Music and Other Events. Very Nice and Homey Type Atmosphere. Thank You For An Excellent Pit Stop!!

Absolutely always wanted to stop in but never had the chance to! I stopped in yesterday for a beer on draft, not knowing what they had, I was PLEASANTLY SUPRISED TO FIND …..AMBERBOCK!!!! amberbock is so hard to find on draft and is my favorite beer brewed and on draft it’s unbeatable! Ivy was awesome, and I spoke to her about emcee/DJing there and left my card! I told ten friends that love amberbock about this place and now they’ll be going! Hope I get to talk to you all about DJing there! I give a few weeks free to see if it’s a fit, and if not, you got me for free to entertain !

Love this place, I'm from out of town and stopped by. The bartender was awesome and the people were pretty cool too. Definitely going back!

Found this on our GPS after our fishing charter. The food was fresh made, delicious and a great atmosphere. We had 2 Swiss mushroom burgers, popcorn shrimp, onion rings, tots and fries. We will definitely be back.

Came for a drink on Taco Tuesday and made the wise choice to buy a couple. Beef tacos loaded for $1.50 each. Sam Adams Boston Lager is hard to find around here, but the Pickle Barrel has it! Kathy, the owner is a hard worker!! Thank you for the recommendation 'Bama'!

What an awesome night we had here. My Girlfriend, mom and I decided to try something new and it was fun. Met the owner Kathy and she was wonderful. It was taco Tuesday and we enjoyed the food. Then the music started and we had more fun. Carol Ann was great. Everyone was very nice and it felt good being around good people. I recommend this place for a good low key night. We will be back again soon.

The absolute best French fries in Lake County! First visit there today Angela the bar tender gets 10 stars! Anyone that doesn't like it there probably doesn't belong there. Maybe I'll meet Kathy on my next visit. Me and my wife will be back soon!

Had a wonderful time this evening. My Swiss Mushroom hamburger was delicious. The Karaoke was very entertaining. The staff was friendly.

Had a wonderful night at the Pickle Barrel for our first visit. Met Piggy Small’s grandma, enjoyed karaoke, laughed a lot with the Astatula bunch, and just an overall good first time experience! One thing, how can the Pickle Barrel not have fried pickles? lol

Stopped by for a burger and fries. Everything was delicious and staff were great 👍 Enjoyed ourselves. Homemade French fries and a very tasty burger. Met the owner Cathy. Very nice lady thank you 😊

What fun!!! We found this local spot for cold beer & wine and tasty tacos! Kathy, the owner was warm and welcoming. Service was excellent, as was the down-home country music performed by Carol Ann. A dance floor just added to our great evening! We will definitely return!

Haven't actually been here yet but giving you 5 stars for defending yourself against bogus bad reviews. Like the person who was upset your kitchen closed at 8 or the genius who thought they should get wine at liquor store prices . I strongly dislike people who hide behind the internet to complain instead of speaking to a manager or owner about their experience. Coming in tonight and I really want to shake your hand.

Doesn't have a full bar but great service and fun place. Does offer daily food specials and music. The wings are awesome. Music most weekdays.

First time there last night with friends! Outstanding homey place. Friendly customers, staff, Carol Ann, the entertainer, was awesome (hope I spelled her name right). Tacos were really, really good. Beer was ice cold! We WILL be coming back!

My son and I ate here during our Sunday drives. Enjoyed ourselves. Prices are cheap and food is decent. Did not drink so can not comment on that end, but the bartender, server, cook, and cashier was working her, one person doing it all with style butt off. We plan on coming back again.

I have been there almost every Monday and Friday night since I arrived in Florida in January. The owner Cathy and her staff are wonderful people who treat us very good. And of course karaoke with PeeWee. He is a great person and always good times, good times, good times. If I return to this awesome area next year I will definitely be coming back to the Pickle Barrel. Thanks everyone for the incredible memories and great friendship.

We were the only ones there but both food and service was good.

Met my Oldest Son and His Wife for a night of family fun and Kareokie. Sam was the greatest. She took care of us 100 percent. Great employee. The music was great and really enjoyed hearing my Son and his Wife sing. We will be back for sure . Sloppy Joes and tater tots were also very good.

Very warm and friendly bar.
Great food made from scratch.
Live music and entertainment.
