Went poinsettia shopping and I'm considering purchasing silk poinsettias this year. Nayelis was super helpful!

Friendly, helpful staff. I went to pick up an online order. It was large and heavy, but the employee was nice enough to place it on a cart and walk it to the front of the store for us while we waited. She came back to explain the process and told us she would return with the order. THANK YOU for improving your customer service. I used to avoid Home Depot, but now actually enjoy going because I know if I need help I can walk up to an associate and they won't run away. Curbside pick up ends at 6pm. Line inside is very long.

It's the Home Depot! Great selection for whatever project you're working on, staff is helpful and parking is ample. Not to mention their indoor plant selection for hobbyist gardeners in amazing!

We came here to rent a tool. Staff was awesome and extremely helpful. We were in and out. Returning it was a little more lengthy. I’d recommend keeping it for 24hrs rather than just for 4 hours the rush and having to find someone to return it was not fun. Pay the few dollars more trust me.

The home depot has been a great store for hardware, networking, garden, kitchen, electricity, lumber and much more. They have a great customer service and prices. When you go here you are able to find a variety of items to complete all your needs. They open extremely early and you are able to apply for their credit card especially if you have a company. They do export too in case you want to send items out of the country. I really recommend this place. You have Costco across from them and the mall with multiple stores.

Be careful, I make an order in this store, they transfer to Hialeah, the delivery time they put in paper was between 6:00 am-8:00 p.m. they never call me, the delivery never arriving, and for fefund my money was a big faith, all ways home depot want to take the delivery charges of $ 79.00. Cuidado, no compres nada con delivery en ningun home depot, nunca llegan, y si quieres tu dinero para atras es un problema.

Huge store with plenty of employees who are very helpful

Franklin really took the time and patience to explain our water heater options and filtration. He helped three or four other families too while we browsed around.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Home Depot Tool Rental. The building itself was noticeably better than other Home Depot locations I've visited, with a clean and organized layout. A young employee named Mateo assisted me, and his help was exceptional. Instead of buying a pressure washer, he suggested a driveway surface cleaner, which turned out to be the perfect solution. The work was done flawlessly, and Mateo went above and beyond by answering all my questions and providing valuable insights I hadn't considered. It was money well spent, and I highly recommend this Home Depot for Tool Rental, especially if you have the opportunity to be helped by Mateo.

I like this Home Depot next to Dolphon Mall looks very clean always stocked up of the things we need ONE thing they do NEED to work on is customer service maybe it's just all Home Depot that don't believe in customer service I think when a customer walks in someone should greet them at the door ask what brings them to the store maybe the greeter at the door can tell them what aisle you should go other then that this Home Depot is GOOD water better then the one next to Mall of America's I find that Home Depot to be SUPER ratchet

I have been coming to this home depot since 1997 this store all ways has everything I need at any time always clean and very organized. The personal are outstanding always willing to go the extra mile to help out customers. And the management are very professional. Luisa Cuellar from Dept 31 (Customer service) was excellent. She demonstrated what quality Customer Service should be like. She was helpful in every way. Wish more people where like her.

Great customer service!!! Been to other Home depot stores and this one has been the one that I've gotten the best customer service. Specially when Eddie is working. I know that he can always help me with whatever I need help with and always does it with great attitude. He always give excellent customer service.
