Feb 21, 2021:There are not enough stars on this rating scale. Jackie at Belk is awesome. I had a wonderful shopping experience at Belk. Had to return an item to the store. It was my first time ordering online also, which was nonplussed compared to other department store Ahem (Kohl's never order online with them! HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN CONTRAST. It was a wonderful experience with Jackie at Belk. She was so pleasant and helpful. JACKIE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. Helped me download the app and showed me how to check for prices, check for instock items, etc.,
2017: Surprisingly found wonderful business attire!

We found some really nice long sleeve shirts at Belk for work. We also enjoyed just looking around some. Did you know that Belk now sells furniture, Appliances and TV’s and they already have some Christmas Decorations out. Beautiful ornaments. We had fun.

I only buy my jeans from here. And the jewelry is gorgeous. There is always a great to deal to be found.

Kermit , the manager, helped us out. And quite frankly, because of him, I think I'm going to start shopping at Belks. My fiancée had to pick up some items, and he was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and loved his job. I don't shop at Belks much, but I am now.

store layout nice, lots of Bargains wide selection of good quality clothing. All employees were very friendly and helpful.

Great deals to be found. Staff was sparsely scattered and lines for purchases suffered as such. Problem of most merchants theses days now.

Christmas is coming! Part of the store is curtained off while they set up trees and decorations.

Great collection but price a bit higher compare to other shops

Friendly staff and great wheelchair friendly bathroom. Well lit easy to find your way around. There are great chairs to rest in too.

My wife and I found a nice sport coat, pants and shirt I needed for church. We found some fun socks for a friend who collects them. And most of it was about 45% off because of the year-end sale. 👍👍👍

Buying using Belk app is super easy. Discounts vary daily but it is easy to add coupons to items in your cart. For items that don't fit I return in person at customer service near store entrance. Staff are helpful & friendly. If you purchased online there is a code that clerk can scan & merchandise will be credited to your Belk card. Typically you must spend $49 to get free shipping but the app will also show nearby stores that have items available for pickup. App allows you to tell store you are on the way & give a brief description of your car. Park in a designated spot & they bring order to you. Simply show ID or purchase on app to receive your items.

I live very close to the Belk store at Town Center Mall but choose to make the drive to shop at Belk on Dallas Highway instead of the one closer to home. I do this because Belk on Dallas Highway always has much more organized, much bigger selection of and what seems to be a little better pricing in the clearance areas. It's one of my favorite places to shop.

They always have the sizes I need

Literally one of the best Belks I have been to. There is one lady, I wish I remembered her name (she remembers mine) that works in jewelry and handbags. She is over 50 but I only check out with her and she is such a sweetheart. If you ever read this, I am the guy that always comes in with his daughter Ali and always buy my wife a piece of jewelry and I bought one of my son's the silver chain! That being said, every single day the jewelry is on sale and huge markdowns! Great quality, great selection and great service!!!
