Love love love this store! Customer service is awesome! They always greet you when you enter. And always check on you but not in a condescending way. The prices are reasonble and now they have these personal shopping bags which makes shopping a breeze! Hands down my go-to beauty supply store. ❤

The new store is AMAZING! The layout is so well lit, inviting and pleasant to shop. I absolutely love it! I can't tell if they've expanded product lines or if it's all more visible because of the spacious layout. In either case I'm finding great products- forgotten and new- and I'm in love with the new store. The staff is always pleasant and A++ they have an associate knowledgeable on all hair types, including natural.

I pass several beauty supply stores to shop here. I only shop at two beauty supply stores and I must travel quite a distance, but it is worth it. One is black owned and this one. I appreciate that the store employees do not watch you the entire time you are in the store. They help you if you ask for help and other than that, they allow you to shop in peace without feeling like a criminal. I feel as though my business is appreciated here and I’m treated fairly not suspicious because of the color of my skin.

I was treated like a customer and not a person of interest which is unfortunately rare at beauty supply stores! I walked in couldn’t find what I was looking for, I then asked the lady at the front who pointed me in the right direction and then DID NOT HOVER. It’s spacious and well laid out store with really kind owners. I will be back!

I can always count on Sarah's Beauty Supply to have what I'm looking for. From braiding hair, to shampoo and conditioner, to edge control, to headwraps and accessories, they have it all.
