My experience with Shawn Rockwood and Guy went far and above my expectations for a RV dealership. I had been looking for a RV for the last year and found the one that was perfect for me. Coming to Blue Compass from North Carolina seemed like a headache, but nothing about this experience was that! Drove 5 hours for the deal. Shawn was awesome. Great guy, very helpful and knowledgeable. He built RV’s for several years. Jake gave us a 90 minute inspection and walk through. Cathy was a master at the paperwork. Moe made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. A great experience.

We started our journey towards buying our first motorhome almost 3 months ago and decided to stick with the RVone network cause they gave us the best offer for our trade. This was my first time visiting Blue Compass RV in St. Augustine. To tell you the truth, I was very leery because I didn’t purchase the RV from them. (Didn’t have in inventory the one that I was looking for) I was treated top-notch from the time that I called to set up the appointment, and again when I stepped into the service department and was greeted by Moe. He walked out with us, took time to listen to our concerns, showed us how to set up the equipment that we needed, all with a wonderful, friendly and respectful attitude! He was very polite and honest about what to expect and the timeframe to complete our service. I am confident in trusting this dealer with all future repairs and purchases.

Great staff! Service staff Mo and Gavin helped me out in an emergency repair helping me replace my electric brake controls. Mo helped me understand the problem and offered a couple solutions. Gavin made sure everything was safe for me to leave. Thanks to them both for their professionalism and kindness.

I wrote a review back here about RV One in St. Augustine, Fl. I went to look it up and couldn’t find it. A couple of pictures posted but the review couldn’t be found. So less try this again. Again I want to thank Jared,Anna, Tyler and the staff for going out of there way in getting me this new 2022 Jayco SLX( STX) which they didn’t have on the lot but located one at another store and had it shipped to there store to acquire. They didn’t try and sell me nothing less than what I came for and they made my experience of being a first RV”er something that my family and I are looking forward to doing in the future. I felt very comfortable and satisfied dealing with them and my purchase. They communicated with me during the whole process from start to finish. We have been to so many places where they’re pushy and rude and just look at people like dollar signs… Blue Compass St Augustine completely changed the game. Our salesman Shawn was friendly and chatted with us while we waited for our paperwork and when we got denied on the one we wanted he immediately was able to find us one we could get into just from memory (it wasn’t even on their lot it was at a lot in Tampa) and it has everything we were looking for to upgrade. He’s super knowledgeable about all of the components of different types also. Now, finances scare everyone but their financial guru Guy, yes that’s his name, not only was able to help us to make sure we could still get into a unit that we liked, while staying in budget, but went above and beyond to sit down with us and explain what we need to do step by step to get into that brand new one we had gone in looking for. He took the time to physically draw it out on paper and make a plan with us on how to take the right steps to achieve the dream that we have. The experience here was top notch and it’s such a rare thing to find people who genuinely care about others these days that there’s no way I couldn’t let everyone else know about it.

Service department performed excellent warranty work (including body work). Moe handled our request and was very good at communicating the timelines and expectations, We are very pleased with the outcome of our service work.

For the last few years I have been having hard time pulling the trigger and identifying the perfect travel trailer for my family and I. About 2 months ago I went to Blue Compass, previously RV One and met Shawn Rockwood. I can't say enough nice things about how thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to work with this gentleman and his sales manager, finance manager, and service and parts department.
