My boys love getting new boots every fall season. I wish they had a bigger selection of baby clothes but the staff is always super nice and eager to help. Customer service is always above and beyond at AA. It's a personal type of experience you don't find when you go to bigger stores.

Sheridan was very nice and considerate and helped me with all my questions. She even helped in choosing my boots from the various brands and styles they offer at their store.

I went here shopping for western hat. Needed information on a particular brand and style of hat. Was waited on by employee by the name of Rose, I believe. She was very helpful, friendly and gave valuable information. They didn’t have the particular hat I was looking for, but she went to the computer and did a search giving me information as to where I might find one. She was great! Thanks Rose!

I went in after trying to find boots for a while this stoe was recommended to me. Immediately upon entering I was greeted twice and helped by a guy that was very knowledgeable and never left my side. He helped me find the right boot in the correct size. He also helped me look for a belt. I was very satisfied with my shopping experience and will definitely recommend and be back.

Best place to buy any western jeans boots belt at everything.

I just want to comment that we love your store. This is significantly due to two sales people that we have had the pleasure to work with over the past 3 years. The first was Luke. Absolutely a first class sales person who was very
knowledgeable in every aspect of your business, especially your hat department. Have purchased quite a few hats from Luke, and he was very knowledgeable in shaping hats. We were sorry to hear that he had moved on. Then came Cody Clark. He stepped right up where Luke left off. Of course, he did not have the knowledge Luke had, but he has dedicated hisself to learning the business. These two guys are the most friendly and helpful people we have ever encountered in your store. We realize Cody is very young, and has much to learn, but he will be a valuable asset to your business one day. It is very apparent that Cody loves his job. Google maps had Saturday close at 8pm. It’s actually 6pm according to the sign on the door. So I walk in at 5:30 and was made to feel welcome. Never felt rushed. The were sorta busy but there had to have been at least 7 people working and getting help was easy. Morgan helped me get set up with what I needed. I wish I had got there earlier because I could have spent an hour easy browsing here

Let me tell y’all about the real Santa’s.. AA Western In Alexandria. Savannah and I went there to get sole things and while waiting a young man that works there gave Savannah a Barbie doll for Christmas She gave him a hug and said thank you. The smile on that girls face was beautiful! Thank you double A workers for being so sweet 🖤🥺

Excellent service from employee Noah. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was well stocked and clean. Will shop there again.

I rarely go here but they have stuff other stores dont have so its a good place to check out
