I shop here maybe twice a month. The employees are always pleasant and can quickly walk me to products. I thought their COVID testing (through their drop-off window) was efficient and we received our responses quickly. Very rarely are they understocked--excepting items that everyone else is undersides in as well.

Don’t try to call! They do not answer! The staff barely acknowledge you when you walk in or go to the pharmacy! Tried to move my moms scripts there but after the last few experiences that is not happening

The very short lady at the register along with Kay didn't honor the sale price that was on the sweatshirt. The register said one price however the item was marked down so they wanted to debate with me about the price. I just didn't purchase the items normally it's great customer service but this time it was the worst service I've ever experienced it wasn't necessary it was obvious the cashier and Kay aren't happy working at Walgreens
