This store has a fantabulous variety of items! I got some hair sticks, a crystal pendant, and a Guatemalan worry doll pin. And not to mention the trees inside that they hang the items on! It’s so eye-catching. Almost like a medieval bazaar in an exotic land.

We absolutely love this place. Huge variety of items. Knowledgeable and friendly owners. Hated to see them leave a Mandeville but are quite happy that they are still near. Definitely worth a visit or two or three.

i love this place so much and i’m sad it’s moving to a different area. the employees are the nicest people you will ever meet. nice atmosphere and they have some badass stuff! thank you for everything you have done while being here in louisiana! and im sure i’ll visit in mississippi PS im gonna miss you victoria!!!! -grace and andrew

Great selection of metaphysical items. A wide variety of items. You would certainly find something for yourself or a gift for others. It's just a great place to walk through. Employees are very nice. They have a free punch card to earn credit and use as a discount after a few visits. Have no comment on prices being high or low.. As I don't know what the market is for these items. One thing that is nice as a brick and mortar store you see what you are purchasing.

I absolutely love Zita's! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They have the best selection of stones and crystals. I lost a stone somehow and went back to buy another. The owner was so generous and gave me a new one as long as I took care of it. They will all be taken care of like they take care of customers. I look forward to going back for all of my needs.

I went in today and the young lady working the store was so nice and friendly from the moment I walked in. She took me personally right to the section I was looking for and helped me select a great item, which turned out to only cost 4$. She was very kind and super helpful even though I was making such a small purchase. Her great customer service and friendly nature are so rare these days and I'll definitely be back to make more purchases just bc of this. I was also really impressed with the vast selection of merchandise available, and the store is set up beautifully and has a ton to offer. I used to frequent the Zita's Covington location years ago, my first time to the Mandeville location, great spot 👍❤

The women working here are very lovely. Very personable, knowledgeable and have great customer service. They helped me with all my concerns. It was my first time purchasing crystals. I'm so glad there's a place like this on the northshore. Can't wait for them to open the inside again, but I'm glad they are complying with safety standards during these times.

Stopped in because we saw sweet doggies at the door haha! Didn’t know what kind of store it was but was sooo pleasantly surprised! Such an amazing atmosphere and great cozy feeling. There is so much in the store and so much to offer. There are crystals, incense, ritual candles, clothing, and so much more! As someone beginning to dive into this kind of stuff, it was so wonderful and cool to see everything and learn about the crystals in particular. I’m excited to come back and explore more!

I was in there yesterday with my daughter... The young folks working there are doing an EXCELLENT job with their COVID mitigation efforts: They limited the number of patrons inside, they require masks and temp checks, they dispense hand sanitizer to everyone as they walk in, and they make sure everyone stays socially distant while in the store.

The fact that two 20-something ladies enforce all this — and that they do in a fun, polite, and professional way — puts *MANY* other local businesses to shame. It’s an awesome little shop and we will definitely be back. 🖤

One of the most beautiful places. Every time I walk in I feel completely at peace and am comfortable. The girls are so sweet and caring and extremely helpful. Ms Zita is so amazing. I love going to both of these shops. I always feel so welcome and at home.

I just went to Zita's for the first time today and I would literally live there if I could!
This shop has everything I love all in one place, and it's huge! I was in aww with how much they have there. Such a great selection of crystals, jewelry, clothes, bags, incense sticks/cones, smudge sticks, and so much more! I didnt want to leave but it was closing time, so I bought my items and left.
But on top of have amazing items, the shop is very clean and organized and the two girls that were there were so nice and helpful! You can tell they really enjoy their job, which can be rare to find.
Overall I reccomend this place to everyone! No matter what your beliefs are, you can find something here. I will definitely be back many more times!

When I first walked in, I was in awe. I love the variety of things there for sure, and the adorable dogs that wag there tails at you. They have a lot of fairies and dragons, which could make good gifts to my friends. I’m always dreading to go. I love this place, and I recommend anyone to go there.

Always love finding a shop with unusual gifts and Zita's is definitely the place. Has a little bit of something for everyone. So my Christmas shopping for family ranged from age 10 yrs to 89 yrs. All in one stop! The price also ranged from stocking stuffers to sublime.....what a find.

I love this location of Zita’s Gift Shop! The Covington location is great too, but this location is much larger. I recently bought several items of very unique jewelry and will definitely go back for more. They have almost anything you can imagine here, jewelry, clothing, home decor. I bought items with a Bali feel to them this time, and will be returning for some Native American themed jewelry as well. They also have body jewelry. Definitely go in and have a look, you won’t be disappointed. The salesperson was super friendly and helpful, also.

Wow! Zita's is truly a feast for the eyes and senses. Beautiful treasures at fantastic prices. I can always find original gifts. The shop is packed with Beautiful jewelry, stones, clothes, incense, home decor and so much more. A must see when in Mandeville.

I love this shop and and the one in Covington as well. You can find anything here: clothing, jewelry, incense, soap, hair accessories, socks, books, and so much more. I always do my Christmas and birthday shopping here because they have something for everyone!
