I called and asked if they could change the parameters of my tilt/drive because I am a quadriplegic and the factory settings are hard for me to drive in. I needed the settings changed so this way I could drive the chair because I need to lean back a little bit more. The gentleman I talk to told me that it was he wasn’t allowed to do that because of “legalities“ I explain to him that I was in my right mind and cognitive so it’s not like he was making that decision and that I’ve had other wheelchair vendors do it for me because of my medical condition and me having no abdomen to support myself. He still refused to do it. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Extremely unhelpful and unknowledgeable.
