Ewing Outdoor Supply

I’ve gone into Ewing Irrigation many times. I didn’t have a clue about anything sold there I only knew what we wanted somewhat. What I wanted was more expensive than I needed so they literally saved us hundreds. I can not speak words as to how pleased I am with the service.

Home Depot and Lowe’s are my favorites as well but for quality and knowledge of landscape lighting irrigation seeding fertilizer and pest control I’m 💯 using Ewing.

Great place we need one in Ada

Great place, friendly staff, but they really need an outdoor dock for unloading big rigs. Super nice people though!

Below is my five-star review from last year. This year however I found out a very startling fact. This is not a homeowner friendly establishment. It is tailored only for a commercial company.

Fixing, building, sometimes mistakes are made and unused parts need to be returned. Big box stores, you almost don't need a receipt. But when you walk out of an establishment with $75 worth of parts in a small box and carry the same box of unopened packages back the next morning you should at the least be able to trade for other parts available at their location. At most they should refund your credit card.

MINIMUM... BIG SIGN IN FRONT OF THE CASH REGISTER OR ALMOST BLOCKING THE CARD READER...or... HOW ABOUT THE LAST WORDS OUT OF THE CLERK'S MOUTH BEFORE CHARGING your card.

NO refunds!

Instead he tells me that next morning ... 'yeah, there's a sign up there on the wall,' I'm sure it is, I didn't go look for it... He blamed the corporation, well shame on someone!
