I went to the store because I could only have a phone conversation with the speaker turned on on my iPhone 12Pro. Jesus called and checked if the phone was eligible for a replacement (which it was), but I decided to trade it in for a new 15 Pro Max. Jesus never pressured me to buy a new phone but just gave me the options of what I could do. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

The young man who helped me was outstanding and he made the process of updating to a phone seamless. He didn’t try to over sell me on anything but had my back and helped me get all of the accessories I actually needed. Well done!

Richelle Miller was absolutely amazing! Stopped in the day before my appointment and she told us she would help right away in the morning. Took a very short time to fix my SIM card on my phone. She explained the process of what she was doing in a way where we could understand! At the end she explained the promotional plan and helped us get that set up right away when we asked if we could while we were there. Great experience after 4 days of struggling to get into an appointment time that would work for me! Thank you Richelle!

Justin V. was really great! He helped us unlock our AT&T devices and made it very smooth transition. We brought in 5 phones so it took him 2 hours plus to get all of our phones switched over. He had a fantastic attitude the whole time even though it was after closing time. Justin even stayed after we left to help a guy from Ne. City get his broken phone replaced! Justin is the kind of employee that truly represents Victra Verizon in the best possible way. I'm so glad we switched!

Richelle was amazing. Had been to another Verizon store in town before going to her location. The previous location was no help at all and I was very frustrated having lost my phone and trying to get help. Richelle made it effortless for me and was extremely helpful. She restored my faith in Verizon.

Recently, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Watch from Kyle. He was extremely helpful and courteous in answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. He is focused upon "customer service." Very professional.

Today, I had gone to their store seeking assistance on several aspects of operating the new smartwatch. Unknowingly, I left my wallet at the store following same! It contained my drivers license, credit cards, etc. About an hour later, I was contacted by Kyle advising that my wallet had been left at there! I can't thank Kyle, Jason, Jesus, and Rochelle in their extraordinary service and honesty.

So I just have to say that the guys (and gal) at this store are absolutely amazing. Wes, Justin and Kyle are the best. No only do they go above and beyond to make sure you understand what’s going on, but they actually relate to you like a human. If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would. Kudos to you guys! And thanks for the Coca-Cola!

When upgrading my phone I stopped in the Andermatt store. Richelle was excellent to work with. I had the best experience. She is calm, professional, very knowledgeable, and works fast. Also, telling is that her staff has been there all the years I have been a patron. They are worth the wait if you have to stop in during busy hours.

Richelle was so patient with us. She spent a lot of time transferring from our old phone to the new phone. Such a complex procedure. She helped us a lot on picking the covers, and getting the recharging items we needed. She was so pleasant. We never felt intimidated by our lack of knowledge of the new technology. She kindly guided us. Thank you so much, Richelle.

I was given her full attention even though other customers kept trying to intervene. She told them I’m with a customer right now and I’ll help you when I’m done.

Wesley was a great help to us. He patiently and professionally handled a situation where someone had compromised our phones and they were unusable. He got our numbers restored and removed the illegal numbers. It took awhile but he stuck with it. Many calls later our problem was handled. Thank you, Wesley!
