very nice policy of welcoming everyone that comes in the door, all the ladies are just extremely and gentlemen are all extremely nice.

Always have to go in for a receipt. Staff acts as they don't really care and when asked why the Fuel Rewards doesn't work, response is "don't know about that".

"Bathroom Closed" at 6:30pm??

Was just about to spend $60 on fuel and $20 on groceries..

Glad I tried to use the bathroom before I spent money here. Ain't spending a dollar on overpriced gas if I can't even be respected enough to use the bathroom my extra gas money pays for.

Spinx gonna buy this place up and turn it into an ACTUAL gas station that cares about customers.

EDIT: I told the ladies at the new station I go to what happened & they knew exactly who I was referring to because she was fired from The Scotchman for being Rude. I can't spell it correctly but I recognized it: SHYNA
This ONE girl who is fairly new has been rude to me EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I go there every other day & I haven't had ANY issues with the other employees in the last 14 years but this girl gets mad at ME because SHE can't find my cigarettes, or SHE can't scan my electronic coupon. She Yelled at me last Sat, July 2nd, 4:30pm, because a case of beer busted open & they fell on the floor. (That was not my fault). I let them know about it & she expected me to go pick them up... ugh, NOT today Ms Rude. This day, there were 4 employees behind the counter & 1 outside (they can). Usually there's 1 and a line of 10 people waiting. Finally, I stood up for myself & I told the girl "You're Always Rude to Me!" Her reply, "CUZ YOU BE HOLDING UP MY LINE"! Wth? She even gets mad if I need a receipt!! I'm SO tired of her rude & abusive nature that I'm scared to even go in there if she's working!! Please train your employees to BE KIND or leave! I will be calling the owner and I sincerely hope she's fired! She should not be working in customer service. She's Horrible & I'm not the only person she treats this way. I'll edit this review when she's fired... I'm telling everyone until then.

The employees are nice, this review is not about them. It’s about the car wash which is awful. I did the basic $5 “pollen wash” and probably the worse drive through car wash I’ve ever had. I get that I only payed $5 so I guess you get what you pay for, but what suprised/angered me was that that wash apparently doesn’t even include a blow dry. After the wash I kept waiting for the dryers to come on and they never did so I drove forward slowly hoping to activate them and they never came on so I just left in my dripping wet SUV. Sucks.

Pumps have issues and cashier attitude and bathrooms closed 3 hours before close. Place sucks. Plus selection inside. Walked out. Went to Parker’s instead!!!!!

This place always has sign on door closed to stock. Middle afternoon on Sunday. If owner knew how much money they lost every day.

The lady behind the counter is terribly rude. Stay away from this place. Did not want to give me my change. Just said she only had dollars????

Place is horrible. Don't attempt to wash a car there.
