They say they close at midnight, but they were closed at 11 and I couldn’t get the receipt for my gas, and nobody could print it off inside because they were gone. I need to have the receipt in order to get my money back from the person who pays for my gas, and I was not very happy.

Went here about a few days ago. Got gas just fine. But someone or something messed with their pumps because about 20 minutes after filling my tank I started getting calls from my bank saying there was fraudulent activity. I got $53 in gas and for some reason my card was trying to be charged additional to make it an even $150. Had to get a new card and everything. Check your pumps / cameras better. I am lucky that my bank is amazing and didn't let that additional transaction go through but some people aren't as lucky.

Gas pumps are slow and low output of gas from pumps, clogged filters and probably low tanks. Obviously no management to fix problems and desk help are not helpful and clueless on working procedures for gas pumps. And again no help and no change of direction of plans for solution. Avoid this establishment altogether.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went there to fill up because the sign on the outside of the store said "$3.84" a gallon for 87 octane gasoline and when I pulled up to pump, the price for the same grade of gasoline said "$4.50" a gallon. I unfortunately had already put my card intro the machine before seeing this discrepancy. I thankfully didn't pay that price and cancelled the transaction, but now I have a hold of $100 on my checking account for 5 days because of them. I called the bank to complain about the hold and they said that Stop N Shop put the hold on it. I then called Shop N Shop and was told that my bank put the hold it and I asked the manager why in the world would my bank put a hold on my account to pay for gas at their location, they would just pay it! Oh course she couldn't answer that and got all upset. DO NOT SHOP HERE, OR AT ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS.

Absolutely terrible service. Lady was on the phone the whole time not working. Asked her if there was any water gallons available since it’s 95 degrees out. She went and checked. And came back and said no. I asked her if there was any other water available. She copped an attitude and said, “i already told you there wasn’t any available” and proceeded to be rude about it. I had asked her there was no need for any attitude. And she started getting mouthy with me. Told her I would never come back again. And she said that’s fine. She doesn’t care. Just lost a customer that goes there 5 days a week

Put up a cone to block the car wash after the payment kiosk. Attendant let us into the car wash saying it was fine. The car wash doesn't move vehicles as intended, and nearly damaged the vehicle. We eventually had to reverse out to even leave. Don't bother. They'll steal your money.

Fix your pumps!!!!! Hands down the worst gas station in Lincoln. Rude, mouthy employees, music inside so loud you have to yell to talk employees would rather bs than take care of customers.. what a joke!!!

Thought at first nice big covience store. But employees rude, talk about customers, don't want to work or help each other out, negative atmosphere. Customers were awesome though!!!

Applied for store opener called to check on my application the manager acted like she couldn't hear me didnt even bother to hang up she just set the phone down. I could hear her in the background slamming something saying dont break dont break i tried to call back and of course since she didnt hsng the phone up it just kept rining terrible people the whole staff needs to be changed. Something needs to be done about this store

There is never paper for gas receipts. Never.

Edit: I think I’ll edit my comment every time this happens. Just happened again today, 12-16-19 8:15am, pump 6. No paper. My husband went the evening of 12-17-19, no paper. 12-26-19 12:30pm, pump 6, no paper. 1-2-20 2:50 pump 5, no paper.

Waiting for service at lunch watching one guy prep dips and the lady stir water into the gravy on the steamer my lunch isn’t long so had to just grab some chips. My 4 days a week lunch here just went to zero

i got some food and when i went to check out, i told the lady at the front what and how much food i had and she looked at me like i was fat or something and i was extremely offended because she wasn’t in the best shape herself. 😢😖😡

Called about unauthorized charges and the manager April Johnson hung up on me. Told me to have my bank deal with it. Super unprofessional wouldn’t recommend would give zero stars if I could.

Rude staff since new ownership took over. Go down the street to the the phillips 66 worth the extra drive.
