The UPS Store

I was highly impressed with the level of customer service that this store provided. Both Amanda and Nicole were extremely polite and helpful with taking care of my situation. They kept me in the loop of the whole process which was so nice as I am not local to the area but needed someone to ship something from this store. They went above and beyond in customer service! I've worked with many UPS stores and this is by far the best I've worked with!

Their website makes it suuuper easy to send packages because you do most of the work at home. I've had a good experience the few times I've gone and good customer service.

This location always exceeds my expectations and makes shipping anything easy. Very helpful, easy experience.

Usually easy in and easy out. Not too busy but usually a constant stream of people. They have a kiosk where you can do returns easy by yourself. I prefer having the clerk do my returns, but if I'm in a hurry and it's available but the clerk isn't, I will use it.

My box hasn't shipped yet, but I thought the workers were very nice and helpful. Answered all my questions and were very polite.

Employees are always very helpful.
There entrance door is to hard to open with a arm load of packages.
Would suggest an electric power opening sliding door.

This place is usually fairly busy when I have gone here. The employees are always nice, even when I am returning 10 things to Amazon and can't keep my return codes straight!

Fast and efficient. They don’t handle the deliveries but always point me in the right direction. So cool they do printing too!

Pulled into the lot at 4:55 and not a parking spot to be had and should have known to turn around. I got inside and had 7 people in front of me. WELL.... in less than 5, maybe 10 minutes I was on my way with great customer service!

Man, I was stressed and anxious about having to return these cool boots that didn’t fit my calves (lame!) but the girl here made my return shipment a BREEEEEEZE. I was in and out within a minute! Thanks, girl!

Best shipping store in country I work for a large wind energy company and ship daily the manager of this store makes every experience pleasant she's helpful and knowledgeable idk what she makes but can garuntee it isn't enough

Very cool, very nice people. The best place in Enid to take packages if you need some help getting them taped up and sent. Lots of parking, easy to get to and great people inside.

They are always nice, can't be held responsible for what happens with the shipping issues.
