Thank you to Jodi and Joe for helping me return a couple of items I rented. I misunderstood the guy at the rental. I thought he said we close at 10 tonight. I rolled in thinking I could return them. I was told that the rental department closed at 8. Lucky Jodi and Joe went above and beyond to help me return the equipment. I have gone to Lowe’s except for rental equipment. I am now going to Home Depot. Thank you

Best experience ever here today! Had to come in for lights (indoor and outdoor) and Mrs. Ginger was SO helpful. Made the whole thing easy and answered all my questions. I have never had someone so sweet and knowledgeable help me out like this. I will most definitely travel out of my way to come back to this Home Depot. I stopped in recently for water softener salt. I told the clerk I needed 10 bags. Before I was done paying, a young gentleman had half the load on a cart. He told me to go ahead and pull my truck around. Again, he loaded most onto my truck for me. Greatly appreciated! Wish I would have gotten his name. This is the way I like to shop - get in, get out. Done.

The kids workshop is amazing, so nice to have this for kids and I even loved it. The staff are great!

This location seems to always have knowledgeable and helpful employees, as well as many available products, in all the departments i've experienced, including appliances, flooring, lighting, paint, gardening. It's my place to go, even though there are several large hardware stores in the area. In many years, i've never had a poor experience.

I had an online order that I noticed was damaged once I opened it up. Kevin took my call and went out of his way to resolve my concerns immediately. Kevin went above and beyond and I am more than happy with how he handled everything. With lots of home improvement stores close, Home Depot is the only stop you need. Thanks Kevin!

First and foremost thank you John, manager of the pro section. Your assistance is above and beyond what is expected these days and greatly appreciated. Jesus Christ if I had employees as good as these guys I probably wouldn't have an ulcer. This will be my only go to from now on. You can ask my employees I'm very hard to please and I am beyond impressed.

It's hard to say which store I like more: Home Depot, Lowes or Menards. I like them all for different reasons. Home Depot is great for buying lumber and exterior landscaping supplies. They always have the best variety of tree's and shrubs at a low price. Customer service is also top notch. Service with a smile and eager to assist.

Went to the Lincoln store on south 70th street for a dewalt chainsaw (8"). The only one there was the floor model, and I knew that before I left NebraskaCity to get it. I asked an associate to get it for me. He contacted another associate and between the two of them told me that I would have to wait until more came in on the 19th-4 day's later. I won't be back to that store for sure.

If you are interested in replacing any of your appliances or purchasing them for the first time, you need to talk to Ruth at the south Home Depot in Lincoln Nebraska. Ruth is by far the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever met. She is so willing to help and provide options based on her vast amount of experience.

Very patient and cordial customer service. They helped me figure out my order. It took awhile but the customer service agents were really nice about it. I can virtually find anything that I'm looking for here and if I can't I can usually find it on the Home Depot website.

Always shop here!! So much better than the competition!! Friendly faces every time!!

Ruben in lumber was an absolute delight to meet and interact with during my store visit for materials.  He had a wide range of knowledge and demonstrated experienced competency when measuring and cutting my lumber.  He also had me leaving the store feeling like I just had a great genuine interaction with a stranger...not something that happens often when doing a customer-employee exchange.
