One employee in particular, Kyra, at the Monroe store is kind, courteous AND patient. She goes above and beyond to help me get numerous things for educational projects printed. Pictured here is a large notebook containing 170 pages she printed out for me.
The staff overall is courteous and efficient. They swiftly and successfully got returns back to Amazon.

Absolutely love this UPS store! Everyone is so kind and helpful with a wide variety of reasons to go in.. From printing my quilting patterns,Amazon returns and best of all mailing my monthly “Care Packages to my Granddaughter Annie.

I recently visited my local UPS store and I have to say, I was truly impressed with the quality of service. The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient, but what really stood out to me was the return of a long-time employee, Wyatt. I had heard from other customers that Wyatt had been away for some time, but his comeback has made a significant impact on the overall experience.

From the moment I walked into the store, Wyatt greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to answer all of my questions patiently. He even provided some helpful suggestions on how to package my items securely to ensure they arrived in the best possible condition. Wyatt's knowledge of UPS services was truly commendable and it was evident that his years of experience in the industry had given him an edge over other employees.

On two occasions over the last week we visted this UPS Store location for notary services. Both times the staff were friendly and efficient. Not just with us, but I observed it over and over again with other customers. Thank you for your outstanding service.

I have always found the UPS employees to be friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. If they can do it they will or try hard to do their best to accomplish it or send you somewhere else that can. They are A-plus when it comes to customer service. Customer service is huge and extremely appreciated, as is ability! Thank you for being so incredible!!!

They were so incredibly kind! The nice gentleman gave my little one a candy cane and I had a nice chat with the lady while she was working bagging up my stuff. Best ups store I have been to. Thank you guys!

When it comes to projects and events I need all the help I can get and I cannot even begin to say how wonderful the Monroe UPS Store is. They're always so friendly and I can always count on them to email back right away. I know I haven't been the best customer, but literally everyone in that store is so wonderful and helpful! The Monroe UPS Store will always be my go to for shipping, printing, and project help.

Inside they are nice and speedy. Not sure if he's a local driver but I get the same delivery man every week, he jams to loud music and is a nice refreshing face to see when he comes by. Always handles my items with care. Love ups!

The employees and owner make a huge difference at this location. They are patient and always willing to help. They offer services like copying, printing and more. It's not a big space, so be prepared to possibly be standing in line outdoors due to distancing requirements. The line generally moves quickly.

I live in California and had an important matter come up in Washington State, and lucky for me I called the UPS store in Monroe to get my affairs handled. Caitlyn and Birju couldn't have been more helpful and considerate. In the end I realized how much they had done for me when they didn't have to. If they saw ways to save me time and money they didn't hesitate passing it on to me. Thank you!

They were so helpful when I needed to print, scan, and email multiple document types this morning. So quick and painless! They were also super respectful about my privacy needs- deleting all records of what I sent

I showed up at closing time to send a fax. Erin not only let me come in, but the fax wouldn’t go through. She tried several times and then scanned it for me. I tried to give her a tip for staying late, but she wouldn’t take it. She said she was just happy to help! Thank you Erin!

I needed some architectural plans printed in a 24" x 36" format, and Birju at the UPS store was able to get them printed and ready for pick-up super fast. I will definitely be going back for my printing and shipping needs.

We have a mailbox at the UPS store and they often know when I am coming and have any packages ready and waiting. Except when they are busy. They are super friendly and quick to serve!
