Great customer service they explained all my options of the new phone I wanted and explained every promotion and ways to get a better deal left extremely happy Kam assisted me and even asked for help just to make sure he wasn't missing any discounts I could get Jonah agreed that the discounts I get makes my phone only 300 dollars for something that should have costed me 1600 fabulous

Very helpful and knowledgeable! We had an issue with an online order and Long and the team were very kind to help us out. Highly recommend this shop. Buying/changing/whatever cell phones/plans/companies is like visit a car lot, mostly an unbearably frustrating and annoying process. While my mind hasn’t been changed about the company at large, Long and the team at this particular store are very helpful and i would definitely recommend going here, especially if you hate cell phone stores like i do. That’s why we tried to process our order online in the first place, but it’s always better to talk with someone and have them help you our right when you need it.

I had to port a company number from Verizon to a personal account here at AT&T and Jonah R made it seamless and enjoyable. Everyone else in my company had a lot of difficulty but I was in and out in under 30 minutes with a brand new device and accessories. Never had a better experience at a phone store. Thanks Jonah!

Went in to get a new phone after I dropped mine and it got destroyed! Bryan was there to help me and he was incredibly nice. He got me a great deal on the newest iPhone and is my favorite person at this location! Will definitely come back to him for my future phone needs.

Very impressed with the young man who helped us at this store named Bryan. My family and I came in to make upgrades/changes to our plan and he was friendly, professional and provided great customer service. We have had AT&T for many years and he is arguably one of the best associates I've ever come across. AT&T is very fortunate to have such an asset!

Jonah was great!! helped me out with my billing issue and explained to me it was just a mistake on my part very knowledgeable location the whole staff knew the situation exactly and helped out

Alejandro is patient, knowledgeable, and courteous! He made me feel comfortable and more than content with switching over to AT&T. I went to the AT&T Store on Barranca (Irvine) this week and was pleasantly surprised by their customer service, in particular by Bryan Montolla. Based on past experiences, I don't usually experience this and sadly have come to not even expect it anymore. However, Bryan completely changed that. From the moment I walked in, he gave a pleasant greeting and throughout my entire service he was very polite, well mannered, and personable. Not only did he resolve my phone issue, he went above and beyond my expectation and delivered outstanding service. I was so appreciative and impressed by him that I felt compelled to leave a review. I hope that he will grow in his career and I believe he can do great things with his life.

I will avoid stores at all costs but I needed to switch my account to a business one so I went in and the sales rep who helped me was Bryan and he was amazing. He answered all of my questions which there was a million of them and he was so patient with me. I even went back within the next few days and added another line! He really is the best and will be my go to. I highly recommend this location and the team there. Thank you again!

Brought my mom to get a new phone at this store and I’m very happy with the service we got. The customer service was perfect . The gentleman was very knowledgeable and made sure to get my mom and I in and out of the store . Alejandro got my mom exactly what she was looking for. I will definitely come to this location moving forward. I highly recommend Alejandro for any phone needs.

Working with Cyrus was an absolute pleasure! Cyrus is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the cell phone business inside and out. The best part – Cyrus walked me through the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. Went to the store to learn more about rate plans and packages for my family. Was expecting the worst due to prior history but Colin at the store did a great job walking me through options, helping me think through what would be best and sharing out current promos to help me save a couple bucks. Really appreciated the professionalism and support.

Cyrus was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I came for the Father’s Day deal ($700 credit) and he assisted me from start to finish. The other members were also nice as well. They had both of the items I wanted in stock. I highly recommend this location.

Cyrus was awesome! My SIM wasn’t working and he knew exactly what to do to fix it! I also was trying to figure out how to make my phone stop listening to everything I do and he fixed that for me too! Pesky advertisements always showing me cat litter commercials! SMH! Anyways Cyrus really knows what he’s doing I recommend asking for him when you go to this location! I thought I was gonna have to pay an arm and a leg for a new phone and he saved me ALOT of money. Thank the lord cause now I can afford all the cat litter I want!

It was my first time at this location and I was actually coming from another store in a city nearby because I needed to do an exchange & they didn’t have any in stock. After a long morning at the 1st store, which the customer service was great and they were trying to help me, I was pretty tired and a little frustrated to go into another store. Right off the bat, I was created by Elijah and when I told him I was coming from another store he instantly knew what I was there for. He was so helpful and easy to talk, just what you would want from a salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about iPhones but also cases, screen protectors and even helped us pick out a portable charge for our upcoming trip to Hawaii. We had quiet a few requests we needed help with while in the store, Elijah was able to help us with all of them without a problem and with a smile on his face. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the store, he knew we had traveled from another store and saw we planned to get screen protectors on our phones, so he threw one in for free! He said it’s how they take care of their customers—how amazing is that! After a long day, we left that store so happy with our purchases and with the great customer service we received.

I had an OUTSTANDING experience at the Baranca parkway store in Irvine!! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable! Mell, the assistant manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient!! Because of her ability to explain options and phones to me, I ended up purchasing 3 new phones, chargers, cases, battery extenders and screen protectors!! The store was having a great promotion and she was able to help me understand how to take advantage of the savings offered!! I BOUGHT MORE BUT PAID LESS!! 👍
