Good selection at discount prices.

We purchased a new mattress for way too much money but the young man named mark who helped us deserves a raise! He was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and loaded it by himself. Was an excellent employee. I was a little dissatisfied with the general organization of the store things seemed to be scattered around that should all be in the same section. The store was clean and the checker was friendly enough.

Neat little store to shop

As with any store, some shelves were scantily filled. The employees are very helpful all the time!! Thank you for training your employees in customer service! God bless

Great management! My toddler had an accident and before I even began to look for a replacement outfit, the manager(I wish I could remember his name!) asked me her size from two rows over and had us headed to the bathroom with a new outfit to change into in 3 minutes!

My son's second job ever (age 16), he enjoys it very much so far and he gets a great discount storewide. But also, honestly, one of the only other places (besides Walmart) to buy decent priced furniture with more variety of options in all of Brownwood. They also accept EBT

Lots of shopping options. Then new layout has us running around lost and helps us spend more time and money in their store. Great bunch of employees.

I found a great deal on a new bed frame and dresser and was able to put it on my new big lots credit card that I was approved for. I am really impressed with the whole transaction.

I love going into big lots my problem is I always spend more money than I attended to. They have done awesome deals every time I'm in there. My husband and I bought our loving room furniture and ends tables from there. I'm always picking up birthday or Christmas gifts when I'm there. Great place

Always find everything I need here. All the merchandise is always where it supposed to be. Not blocking aisles like some other stores. Staff are friendly and helpful!!

I thought the fruity pebbles candy bar was a edible even it wasn't the candy selection also had hershey cookies & chocolate i will definitely be back for another purchase before i head back to Houston

I neede a throw rug for my guest room. I had a particular thing in mind and couldn't believe I found it at Big Lots! And for a great price!

It's a very nice store very friendly people always willing to help you but it is quite small so they don't have a whole lot there but all in all good place.

Great prices on certain things. Found good pricing on a bigger rug. Associates friendly and answered all our questions. Clean bathrooms. Nice alternative to Walmart.
