The Reddoor

The staff was very inviting. The atmosphere was comfortable and we all know how some of these places have a creepy vibe but not this place. The staff were knowledgeable about the different products and made sure that everything was good before you left. If you want a comfortable atmosphere for any adult shopping this is the spot you won't be disappointed.

I’ve been coming here the last couple of years, and I usually see the same 2 staff members. They are really nice and friendly, and can tell you anything about the products. The store also seems clean and organized. Never a bad experience shopping here.

So i went into this establishment and i wanted to buy a swing and i had no idea what to look for or what to get. The staff was so helpful and they explained what i needed...I was so nervous coming in but by the time i left the store i felt like i took a class and i knew everything i needed to know...If anyone want to experiment this is the place to go...the staff is excellent and so willing to help explain every and anything...my money was well spent here!!!! I will be a reoccurring customer.

The staff is excellent: knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to assist and make recommendations. They carry a wide variety of products, and I was very pleased with the selection of toys. Their products cater to everyone from beginners to people looking to invest in high-quality, luxury toys. They also have a nice little section for kinksters and an inclusive book selection. Definitely recommend it!

I love Jafi (not sure if that's how you spell it) he's so helpful and very nice! He helped me find just what I needed as well as some things I didn't need. I felt right at home. I will be a repeat customer for years to come!

Where do i start??
I was looking to make a very special night for my bf. Had alot of ideas and nowhere to start.
First as soon as i came through the door the owner was very welcoming. I advised him of what i was looking for and he took me on a tour of the store stopping to pick up several items id asked about. Gave me some good ideas and even tips on how to use those items.
The store was neat, organized and clean. The owner was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. I will definetly be returning to add to the special night i was able to create. The Reddoor is my new FAV!!!!

Noticed a lot of people complaining they don't do returns (which they shouldn't. That's gross) While I was walking around the store I noticed multiple signs saying no returns. I also used my voice and asked them if they did return and they said no.

After shopping at all the area adult stores in Charlotte my wife and I finally found the spot. Not only was the owner Joffe as polite and professional as possible but the product selection was perfect, you can tell these guys know what there doing. I would highly recommend The Reddoor N Tryon to everyone.

They are friendly and helpful. Not very many shoes and they have an limited sizes. But the store was nice

Good selection, can be pricey for fancy devices but most toys are affordable.
