Big Lots

Shopping after Christmas sales was such a blast. I found so many things. I enjoy buying Christmas stuff to decorate with because my daughter was born 2 days after Xmas so it has a special meaning to me. At checkout the cashier was extremely nice too me even tho we were having a problem with my card and coupon not matching. I explained my number had been changed so many times but she quickly resolved the issue which I appreciate so much by issuing me a new card and transferring my credits to new card and number. I was holding up her line and apologized but she was so sweet to me and the customers behind me were ok with it also which has never happened. Great employee with a beautiful attitude and willingness to help. So Thank you for a great shopping trip!! Ms. Robinson

Employees were helpful. Store was clean and organized. Was not too busy. I guess we picked the right time. Made our purchases. No long lines that day. Always love Big Lots busy are not.

They now have heated blankets at a reasonable price. The cashier was very polite towards me and others. I felt respected and good about myself.

Was impressed with what Big Lots carries in stock. Didn't know they stock so much furniture. We went to the one on Baytown who didn't have the Christmas Tree we wanted for my Mom so we drove to Northshore Big Lot and bought it.

Purchased an air fry it didn't offer insurance but the price was good. I never purchase appliances without insurance.

Some very good buys. Employees are always smiling and helpful. Seem to enjoy there job.

Yes this is a good location to buy any items l had a wonderful lady to help me my first choice was the Humble location off of 1960 he didn't seem so interested in making the sale location location really does matter l received better customer service on off the beltway

I enjoy stopping at this Big Lots. It is always clean and the workers are always very very helpful. They go out of their way to assist if needed. They greet you coming and going which is very nice. I frequent this store often. It is worth the drive.

I Love walking around Biglots. There are days where there are many sales and discounts going on. Love seeing clothes, furniture, home decor and more 👍🏻

Well stocked with a few items that I have a hard time finding other places.

It's neat and well organized. It's kind of pricey depending on your choice of items. It's also a better price than some chain stores. Go on the web & find what you need, THEN go shopping.

Always something different, you can find things very inexpensively. Staff, and cashier's are very friendly and helpful. A great place to shop.

Had a great selection of merchandise with good prices

I love the place it has so much different merchandise and very inexpensive. You can find everything under one roof. My grandchildren love the electronic accessory section. As long as a have a few bucks i am there.

Stacy hill was great she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even gave me options to choose from the best customer service experience hands down

I can't describe how wonderful was to be in Big Lots. You find what you need and beyond. I definitely going to come back there soon:)
