Chris blew my mind with so much info and I thought I was tech savvy! Phaybian helped me switch from Samsung to iPhone along with Chris showing me the difference between my phone and his phone which I’m very happy and satisfied knowing I’ve made the right choice. Coming in for more upgrades in the near future!

Chris did a wonderful job of helping me when I went in with multiple issues. He was very understanding and helped me resolve every problem. He even helped me upgrade mine, and my daughters cell phone! He was focused on getting me the best deals with multiple options. He was not just focused trying to make money. He was very polite, friendly, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in trying to assist me! Let’s not forget patient with me & my 3 kids! Greet you as you walk in. After he signed into my account, he determined that he could get me into a better plan for less money. Then he looked into an upgrade that actually was $1 less than I am currently paying. Went from an S20 Ultra to an S23 Ultra. Don't see how it can get much better than that. Thank you Cole for doing an amazing job!

I was traveling north and I needed some assistance with my phone. The store was properly opened at 10 o’clock and I was assisted quickly the problem resolved and was on my way. Great service knowledgeable staff.

My experience was amazing the customer service there is excellent. Cris was helping me out and he was so polite and patient with me he helped me understand all the plans and he made me comfortable with taking my time and picking what I wanted to go with. I would recommend if you go to this store ask for Cris to help you with everything.

I don't even know where to start. I was looking for the Google pixel and wanted to know more about it (I've always had moto) and Lacey told me everything about the phone and actually helped me get all my stuff over from my old moto. I've been with T-mobile for a long time and I was so impressed with Lacey and the service.
