CVS

CVS reminds me of the service we had 50 years ago. Staff is excellent. It's easy to find things the staff helps you with anything, anytime. They know my name.

The people are awesome! Great customer service. Pharmacy personnel know you my name wouldn't go anywhere else.

Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Terrible pharmacy. They never have your medications in stock. But I feel like they know they don’t stay on top of it and when you go in to pick it up, they blame it on the doctor’s office, saying the doctor hasn’t sent an order yet. Then the patient calls the doctor upset…but the doctor has proof they sent it. Funny, eh? Happened EVERY time I needed something. So. All prescriptions were transferred to Morgantown. I’d rather pay for the gas or cost to ship my prescriptions than deal with this madness locally. No reason for it.

This pharmacy has terrible customer service. Moving my prescriptions elsewhere. Some employees are rude and seem overworked and underemployed. I go through the same problem every month with a medication that I need. It is never in stock and always have to order it in. So every month I miss approx. 5 days of my required medication due to poor management. I miss Rite Aid!

This place is terrible. After getting meds filled for my patient I care for, since Feb, here in weston, the woman at drive thru was rude, and insisted there were co-pays on the Medicaid account. We have NEVER had co-pays here , or anywhere else, and I have managed and cared for Medicaid patients for 8+ years. She was very belligerent and obnoxious. I have since transferred all pharma for self, patient, my partner, my mother, son, and housekeeper to Friendly Pharmacy in Weston. They confirmed that on my patient’s meds THERE ARE NO CO PAYS, and they deliver for free. Furthermore, CVS always seem to have curt , rude, unhelpful staff. They also CLOSE FOR LUNCH HOUR ?? When there are 5 people at pharmacy staff WHY WOULD THEY ALL NEED TO TAKE LUNCH AT SAME TIME??? Seems very unprofessional and inefficient. The woman at the drive tbruu was described by my housekeeper as “old deaf hag”. so I have had bad experiences there at least three times, my mother as well, and my son was most recent complaint .

I don't know who the short girl with dark hair and glasses are in the the pharmacy - but honestly, she could be friendlier and not so hateful each time a person walks up to the counter.

This store has the worst customer service that I have ever seen They are rude snotty and do not care if people get sick for not having their medications Like to see that place gets shut down
