A great collection of glass

I placed an online order with this place last December. Checked in mid-January on my order and was told their glass furnace was down, but my piece would be going out “at the end of the week.” Three month’s later and I still haven’t received my piece and now I get no response from them. Had to give one star to be able to post a review but would definitely not recommend these people.

Would give less if possible. Completely unprofessional and rude. Owner talked down to us and talked bad about other local glass shops, even offering to pay us to go spy on them and ask the other shop what they think of him and report back! He had no idea what he was doing which was evident when he stated how if a furnace was 2500 degrees it would melt (which is false, my boyfriend is a glass blower and his furnace is always that or higher). Rude, arrogant, too expensive for mediocre work, immature, unprofessional, and gossips like a teenager. Would NEVER recommend. Go to Appalachian Glass down the street. More reasonably priced, much more down to earth, better, interactive demonstrations, and a genuinely inspiring shop.
