Customer Service at its finest. Called to see if store had chipotle chili’s in adobo, Adam professionally answered call, on hold for 20 seconds and he came back with aisle and location. Maybe grab it and hold upfront but he easily saved me 30 minutes at a min. Thank you, Adam!

Pam is a complete sweetheart she is very helpful and deserves to be recognized for her abilities and customer support is excellent

The bakery always does a fantastic job with custom cupcakes like the ones they just did for a bubble themed birthday party. The florist Deena is wonderfully helpful!

Prices: inflation, need I say more?

Cashiers? Quick, responsive.

The Shaws employees were very helpful, I had to return 4 bags of chips and i thought it would be a process, but I just went in line and showed my receipt and then they made sure they printed me my refunded receipt. It was for a shopping order, and I shopped there just before I had to return the items, every Shaw’s employee that saw me looking around asked if I needed help finding anything, which is awesome because usually it’s hard to find someone to help you in other places but here they always are around and willing to help with a smile 😊

I absolutely love the app because I no longer have to write a list, no one beats their "just for you" sales, buy 5 sales, or the rewards !!! Getting something free once in a while is a big thing nowadays !! Plus the staff goes above and beyond to help me out. The Seafood Department always looks clean and the fish looks great, their Seafood Manager Cindy is very knowledgeable and helpful when making my choices for dinner, she's the kind of person you can trust she will never steer you wrong.

Good deals every day. Shaw's brand foods are great. Friendly, knowledgeable associates. Not a zoo like some other food stores. Pharmacy is well run and staff are terrific - most helpful!!

The deli and fish counter clerks are always friendly and fast with your order. I like the mymixx coupons, especially the freebies. Usually have no problem finding what I need. I like that the produce is bulk and you can pick out what you want. I won't buy produce at Market Basket because they don't do that.

Occasionally I shop Shaws..always a great experience. & whenever I need to get a floral arrangement made up special for an event.the young lady that works in the floral dept does a Fantastic job on designing the most beautiful presentation bouquet.

Best produce. Best meat. Rena is the best cashier. She makes you feel like family. She one of the reasons i keep going back.

Always very pleasant to shop at the Londonderry Shaws. Even the Merrimack location is wonderful. Everyone is super helpful and always have a great attitude in the toughest of times. Very covid alert! May be a bit expensive but the experience is worth it.

Prices have come down considerably, and they have improved their lineup of store brand products immensely. They now roast their own deli turkey, which is far superior to other deli turkeys that I have tried, although the shelf life isn't quite as good because of the lack of preservatives which is understandable. Some prices are still high but their low sale prices more than make up for it (e.g., the fage yogurt goes on sale much more frequently here than other stores; it's $.79-$1 when it does go on sale - Market Basket doesn't even put it on sale 1/3 as frequently as Shaw's which means I'm effectively paying $.35ish less per yogurt over time which adds up when your household eats 4 yogurts a day).

Clean, organized, well stocked. Prices were fair considering all the price hikes lately. They were actually lower than Hannaford!

The store was clean, set up nicely, free of clutter and trash, the workers were nice, and the prices weren't too bad either.

Shaws has a lot of specials. Their store is very neat and all the produce is fresh. The seafood counter is excellent with a great selection. All store staff is very helpful.

Good ole Shaws has been around for YEARS… I can remember when it was the only grocery store in town. Now its not as busy!!

Buyer was awesome and helped me out with some Lamb racks for Easter when noone else in the area had lamb at all.. some prices are higher that other stores in area though

Clean, Quiet and Well Stocked. Prices are a little high but I'm happy it is a bit out of the way for low Covid risk in Londonderry, NH! 😎❤

It's never really busy when I go here. (I can't speak for what it's like around rush hour.) Decent selection.

Shelves were all stocked and I found everything I needed. It was also nice and quiet.
