I have used this location numerous times to take my NYS DOT medical exam and employment drug tests. The staff is always nice from the receptionist to the nurse to the physician on duty.
Today I met Dr Baranowski and he gave me a thorough exam and was nice enough to answer a few questions that I had that were unrelated to my physical exam ,and he even looked up a few things online for me. The waiting area and examination rooms are also very clean. I would recommend this medical office.

The lady at the front desk (Monday to Thursday) is amazingly smart, knowledgeable and fast at everything she does there. Kudos to her sharp observation and paperwork management skills, she made the whole immigration medical process so simple that it was like in and out. She has solution for every kind of issue you may have for similar process at least. Thank you so much.

My daughter had severe nosebleeds so we went to Nao Medical since her doctor was closed. I had the first appointment for this morning but when I got there it looks like the website was not working but the person at the front desk still honor our appointment. I waited like five minutes before we saw the doctor. We were out of there by 8:30. The entire staff were polite and professional. I will definitely recommend this urgent care.

The front desk secretary was very helpful and I appreciate her effort to get me seen today. The medical assistant was also a pleasure and made me feel very comfortable. The PCP and her partner were quick yet very efficient. I appreciate her giving me a referral also. Overall great experience here. Thank you.

I've been there both locations (Hicksville,Mineola) they are highly professional. They're smart and explained everything to me. The staff at the counter are very sweet and kind (Mon Tue) she works fast The place was clean and didn't have to wait in long lines.

As always, went in today and received excellent service from the staff to the doctors. My wait time was short and I was out almost as fast as I got in.
I'm truly grateful for them to and I recommend them anyone reading this. Big or small, don't hesitate... Just go and see for yourself.
Best urgent care I've ever been to!

My appointment was quick and easy and both medical professionals were personable and friendly. They made me feel much more comfortable and cared for than previous experiences I have had at other urgent cares, and the appointment was still quick. Their communication about questions I had prior to my appointment was also ideal and the online system is actually useful and not confusing.

Sometimes Urgent Care has an awful reputation and I have had my share . But I actually had a good experience from start to finish from the pleasant welcome and check in at the Front desk. To being called in a timely manner, although a walk in and the professionalism of the Assistants and The Care Provider, who knows what She is doing and takes the time to ask questions and patiently answer Yours. When You are sick it definitely eases the stress when You are Treated kindly and with expertise. Thank You to Your Care Team.

After long searching for covid vaccines for 8 years old boy, it seems no one carries it , through the CDC website, I found NAO medical , they have it. It’s easy to make appointment. The staff are nice , friendly and professional. Less than 15 minutes, my kid leaves the clinic happily after vaccination. Highly recommended for medical care.

Registration takes a long time as only one terminal is available. Otherwise appointments are readily available and the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. I was seen by a PA who was very personable and thorough in her examination. I strongly recommend this facility for any of your urgent medical needs.

Waiting time was at minimum which is good. I had my CDL medical exam and it was very professionally and fast as well as easy. Front desk personnel very friendly and professional. Will go back agin. Doctor was great understanding and a credit to his profession.

Everyone was so friendly and kind definitely the best experience I ever had at a doctors office. I normally dread going but everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the PA was warm and personable!

I had a great experience before, during and after my appointment. My daughter recently found this location and it was a great find. My whole family has started to come here. I finally made an appointment online effortlessly and just hours before my appointment. The appointment times were flexible. The website was user friendly. Upon my arrival to Statcare, the staff promptly attended to me. The staff was friendly and courteous and the location was very organized and clean. They gave explicit instructions and communicated information well. I was able to set up an account on the patient portal where I promptly received my results. Also, the staff followed up to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Statcare.

Staff was super helpful and sweet, just what you need when you feel terrible! The doctor and nurses are thorough and asked all the right questions, I did not feel rushed at all and am so glad I went! Could not recommend this urgent care enough!

Today was my 4th or 5th trip on this location and like always very very good. Whenever my daughter is sick and her primary care physician is not available i take her to Nao urgent care no matter whoever is working that day they are very good. Doc and nureses and front desk very professional and polite. My daughter even ask me if she can have them as her primary care. My today visit was good too. I appreciate all the people who are working there.

I had a great experience. I was seen quickly and was out just as fast.The staff was great as well. I liked scheduling my appointment online. When I arrived they were alerted and they called me to tell me I could come in even though I was 30 mins early. I like this spot and will recommend people to go.

The workers were amazing. I didn’t have an appt and they got me right in and helped me. I was able to get tested within half an hour. I happened to come during a slightly slower time. As we all know the rates at which people are coming in is quite unpredictable nowadays, but these employees helped me and it seemed as though they did their best accommodating everyone else as well.
