Joe V's Smart Shop

Went there and again saved on prices. Better quality on produce, mushrooms, avocados, butternut squash, cereal, jello, & meat. Store is clean & well organized, clerk was very nice. Being disabled, she helped me sack, my groceries.

This is my new favorite store to buy groceries. They have very reasonable prices and the line may look long but it goes fairly quickly. And they have all of their registers open if needed. I will continue to shop there

Wasn't bad but I'd recommend going right as soon as they open. The aisles are small or not well spaced out. Just be aware that you'll either be walking through the lanes especially in the vegetable,meat department without your cart. Other than that prices aren't bad and they do have a lot to choose from.

May new favorite grocery! The fruits, veggies and breads are very fresh. They are actually there restocking during the evenings!

Good, fun, cheap and easy shopping. I just don't understand why the same exact product is cheaper here than an HEB. HEB owns Joe V's. This leads me to think, HEB is purposely raising prices at its normal HEBs' to finesse people out of their money.

The prices are very low compared to other grocery stores. The selection isn't as wide, but you will find most things there. The staff are very nice and friendly. Go early to avoid crowds!

My favorite grocery store in Houston! It’s H‑E‑B owned so the quality is the same but half the price. Especially the meat and vegetable selection! So fresh & so abundant. The chain does have a strong Latino lean to it so expect lots of Latin American products & patrons! The bolillos are baked on site with love & always 8 for $1, there’s enough of a product & brand selection on the shelves so that it’s not as overwhelming as a regular H‑E‑B location, and the cashiers are bilingual & speedy. There’s also a self checkout section for light shoppers that moves super quickly. You have to both find your own basket outside & bag your own groceries inside but it keeps the costs super low. You can find all the H‑E‑B brands here from Economax to Central Market. 5/5 easily!

Joe V's Smart Shop is a bustling grocery store offering an extensive selection of fresh produce, quality goods, and exceptional service.

I've shopped here for years and it's saved me at least 50 dollars a week. If you're looking for produce, meat, dairy, and other staples, this place will save you a lot of money. It can be VERY crowded on Saturdays and Sundays (Like, no more shopping carts kind of busy) but that's life sometimes.

Great location, right next to 290 highway, most HEB products with reduced prices, 10 great juicy lemons for $1.00 for example. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great job Joe V’s Northwest.

Lots of variety to choose from this Joe V's 12009 Northwest Fwy, .Especially the freshly made sushi.

I love the prices. You have to choose your time wisely when you're going because it gets ridiculously packed.
