My wife was on the road (not with me) and was getting low on gas. She had left her wallet at home. I called to see if Friendship took pay-pal. They said no. I got off the phone, and saw a text from my wife saying that she had run out of gas 1 mile from the exit (with two kids under three in tow). I called the store back, and I asked if anyone there might be able to run gas out to my wife. Without hesitation, Nicole agreed to help and was a true blessing on what was a pretty tough day. Five stars.

I don't really go get gas here, as I've heard gas stations like these aren't very good in the gas department. BP has better gas for the same exact price. If you work night shift, coming home from a long night and the lights are on.. Don't expect the doors to be unlocked. I've done it a few times and came away vastly disappointed. I do enjoy their salads and the treats they have available, but that's about it. As in regards to customer service, I've had some excellent customer service and poor customer service equally. No opinion there.

Might want to let your staff know customers are priority. Without customers there would be no job. Even if you are talking about work might want to acknowledge that you have a customer standing there waiting for service.

This place wouldnt be to bad except for the night staff is very rude. I have stoped shopping there because of a certain female cashier. I use to avoid shopping there if i knew she was working.

Although I appreciate the young’s man’s efforts, we order 4 chicken pieces 2 breast and 2 Drums! We get home to eat and open the box and he gave us 2 thighs and 2 drums! Really! How do you not know the difference between a Chicken Breast and a Chicken Thigh?

Wish I could give zero stars to this store! My grandma had a scratch off lottery ticket that she tried to cash in at this store. I saw the ticket before she took it in and it was clearly a 50 dollar winner. They told her it was only a 20 dollar winner instead of 50 dollars. We took the ticket back and went to a different gas station to cash it in. We were right it was a 50 dollar winner unlike what the cashier at this store said. If I had known the person's name I would have turned them over to the Ohio lottery people. Wonder how many other winning tickets these people have done this with.

Not only does the food sit for way too long. The gas station aspect of this is a total joke I know people that have taken in winners and they were told they did not win anything even though they won $50 they take advantage of the elderly when it comes to the scratch off lottery tickets. The staff will lie about things right to your face multiple things have happened at the store over the course of the last year. There's a reason it's reviews are so terrible

Do not go to this place none of the employees are wearing mask nor are they Listening to the governors rules of wearing a mask. The employee in front of me was talking to a customer about why people shouldn’t be wearing mask and why she wasn’t wearing a mask and their customer was not wearing a mask as well I have been going to this gas station for many many years due to the employees negligence to state orders I would not recommend shopping here during this pandemic and I personally will never return here my family and me are high risk and to see The employees deliberately not following the mask mandate it’s honestly frightening

Very upset. I went in at 4:30 pm to get chicken for my family and I was told they didn’t have enough chicken. I told the lady I would wait and she said no I’m done cooking for the day. I then asked what time they close and she said 5:00 . I said well you still have 30 mins and she said no I stop cooking at 4:15. Why be open until 5:00. If your going to close everything early. The man behind me wants a slice of pizza and she told him no as well. Very bad customer service.

There is no soap in the bathroom they couldn't figure out how to ring up a chicken sandwich then I get my chicken sandwich and it's cold and only has one chicken tender on it! Definitely do not recommend eating here at all.

This is the worst gas station and the place to get chicken The people who work at registers and the food area are the rudest bunch of people I’ve ever seen!!! They need to get real people in there to really do a better job in customer service!! I felt very uncomfortable I felt like I was a bother to ask if they had more chicken.. worst experience ever and this is not the first time!!!

My son and I were walking with our puppy and stopped in here to get a drink. The cashier refused to allow me to come in to buy a drink with the dog and I wasn't going to leave my 8 year old son outside alone, at a gas station. I'm not sure what the leashed puppy was going to hurt long enough to buy a drink, but she absolutely refused to allow us in.
