AT&T Store

My husband and I were in need of new phones and we had such a pleasant experience! Rigo helped us; he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel right at home! Thank you Rigo for your wonderful assistance! We will definitely buy from this store again.

Went to 2 different att stores before this one to get assistance with a phone issue and this store was the only one that took the time to help me and resolve the issue within a reasonable time. The representative Rigo I believe was the one that assisted, patient and very friendly.

Julie helped me out with a strange issue i was having on my phone that they had never seen before, they did some research and gave their full effort into fixing the software issue with my phone and explained everything to me. literally give them a raise, 10/10 customer service.

Very knowledgeable on their cell phones and tablets. Setup my new devices as far as they could in the store.

Rigo and John were very professional, very nice and relaxed vibe in the store. The manager had good attention detail and was very communicative. They weren’t pushy at all and gave us the best deals. We walked out smiling happy with my new S22!

This AT&T store is always the best in the Inland Empire! They always have great service, and don’t have long waiting times. On this visit I was helped by Rigo and Ricardo, and they were so friendly and knowledgeable! Ten stars!

Rigo and Drew were both helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help us activate our new phones. Drew was able to figure out why mom's phone wasn't working. Kudos to both.

Unfortunately this store was robbed yesterday but the staff are great they’ve always treated me well and my family on plans and yearly discounts. Hope everything goes back to normal soon

Came in to upgrade my wife’s phone and John helped us get the best deal. We was very knowledgeable at the plans and the new promotions. I highly recommend going to see John.

Staff were highly informative and very kind. Willing to answer any questions in a clear, concise manner. John, who helped me, was especially nice.

Came in to pay my bill as usual, everyone was busy so the Store Manager took my payment. As he was assisting me he said I was paying to much and looked over my bill. Long story short, he saved me approximately $120 a month. Every penny counts!! Thanks!!

drew is the best worker there he deserves a raise he has the best customer service ever he doesnt play games hes on his job as soon as possible.
