We found a recliner we liked but had to add some upgrades to get everything we wanted. Power, no rocking, remote control, firmer seat. It was more $$ than we wanted to spend. But Lazy Boy is a well made product and worth it! my previous recliner lasted over 25 years and is now at a friends house for the past 5 years. I know this will last me another 30 plus years.

My Husband and I went shopping on New Year's Eve and found chairs we liked. For the next week and a half I searched for a better bargain. As it turned out we ended up back at La-Z-Boy. Sofia was amazingly helpful not overly pushy and in the end got us a great deal. Yes, we spent more than I wanted. However the quality, service and the warranty stood out over all of the others manufacturers.

Jerry and Anel were very helpful in working with me to find the recliner I was looking to purchase. Jerry was very accommodating.
The downfall was the custom recliner Would take four months to get made, and delivered far too long for me to wait.

I will go back next time I need a piece of furniture

Entered the store looked around found this type of chair. I was looking for need a large one because I’m a large guy found the chair employee told us we could add this and that to the chair. The only thing we couldn’t add was a swivel otherwise, the chair was perfect. It was nice size like the color And the attendant was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you.

Having done my research, I knew what I was looking for. I was accosted by sales person upon entering and was allowed to browse the floor. after a few minutes, I approach a young lady named Sophia and asked if she might have any other recommendations for me. She took me around the showroom floor, and when I had made my decision assisted me with the sale. I’ve always felt Lazy Boy was a name you could trust. I don’t want to have to replace this sofa in a year.

I got instant service by Allison upon entering your store. She was very friendly & helpful. Ihad to be able to bring it home so my husband could use it to help him recover from surgery. She helped me find the perfect recliner, at a nice discount too. Great selection and I was in & out in no time. Thank you

Really excellent experience going in to buy a new recliner! Allison helped me tremendously in narrowing down to the chair that I ordered. She had extensive knowledge of the inventory and left no questions unanswered. She was friendly, patient, and helpful. The San Bernardino Lazy Boy store has plenty of store models for anyone to test and find exactly what they want. I would recommend them to anyone.

Anel & Ruth were awesome! We were very skeptical of La-Z-boy, until we visited. Ruth greeted us, and listened intently to our concerns. We were so impressed with the service, we added design services. This is when Anel stepped in. She came to our home, looked at our living spaces and added fresh ideas for us to consider. After that great service, we felt comfortable purchasing 2 console love seats for our bedroom(go figure) The service from additional staff was courteous and friendly...and it was close to home. Would definitely purchase from La-Z-Boy again!
