.....Look. I know it's another Starbucks. What stands out here is the attention to Customer Service without the snotty look. I came in for the "Coffe Keg" and they helped me out without making me feel dumb or out of place. The Coffee was to reward the nurses on the 9th floor at Loma Linda that were attending to my wife. The Young lady with the Red and Black long sleeve who unfortunately had lost a loved one a year ago was so sympathetic to me as I quickly shared our story of Pain but Hope in the LORD'S Healing Power!
Thanks Team for making this and my return Visits worth while.

Honesty the friendliest Starbucks staff I’ve ever interacted with! The ambience was it! I came in for an hour to enjoy a drink and read and it was great!!

This Starbucks is in a good location right across the street from Costco in San Bernardino. The drive thru was not packed and the service was great. My order came out fast and correct. I recommend this location to local advocates of Starbucks.

So I like going to this Starbucks. Because the employees are really nice. I usually get the everything bagel. And an ice tea. They are always very speedy and my bagels always hot. It's a nice atmosphere inside. Perfect place to do some computer work. The parking can get a bit tight in the morning. Good thing this Starbucks has a drive thru too. Just wanted to say thanks to Celeste who always welcomes me with a smile and asks how my day is. So I really come here for the service people like Celeste give me. So I find myself coming back. Not just for the delicious bagel. But the service keeps me coming as well. Thanks Celeste. Who works in the front.

Great Starbucks location. Both physically and the staff. This particular location also has people who know how to make the drinks. Other Starbucks locations seem to not put in the right amount of ingredients or end up burning the drink making it taste gross. Not this location though! They get it right each and every time I'm there.

This Starbucks employees have always been professional and courteous. I usually stop here between 11-1pm for brunch/lunch, and I always go through the driveway. So far, there hasn't been an instance where I've had to wait long.

8/24/23 was greeted by Abbi who was the sweetest young lady. People like hey make this a better place.

There were quite a bit of people waiting to place their order but the order line moved very quickly. I don't know how quickly they got their order because I was there for a gift card and was promptly served. The staff was very welcoming and courteous.

I love my community Starbucks they're so uplifting and positive survives or on point and coffee is a very essential important part of the day.

I just want to say I Had the Best Experience at this Starbucks I stop by with my son today around 7pm and ALL THE LADIES ARE SO SWEET !!! They were so great even encouraged me to try something New and I Loved it they were so Great!!!! I will so take the drive to this Starbucks again when just having one down the st from my house .... Thank you ladies for you great customer service 👍 😀and Thanks for my New Fave Drink 😋 Hope to see you all when i make my Sams Club runs and need a lil pick me up lol ... Great store, quick service, and friendly employees. The store was clean and the baristas were welcoming. Shoutout to Jerry for being such a friendly face and very attentive. He seems to embrace everything Starbucks and is inspiring to customers💚

For a new location I wasn't as impressed as I wanted to be, but that's also because I've been to the new location in Corona and it's amazing! However, this is still a great Starbucks location and I love that is has cold brew on draft. Staff was helpful. It was clean. It's a great Starbucks location and has drive thru now. Kudos.

Anthony on drive thru today made my entire day!! He was such a joy from the moment he spoke on the speaker. I had a few too many questions since it’s been a while since I’ve bought coffee at Starbucks and he was extremely, helpful, and pleasant the entire time. When I got to the window his world class service continued as he joked with me about having cow milk in my drink (I’m vegan LOL). He was just so friendly and when I told him I wanted to pay for the car behind me he made sure I knew they had a big order and asked if I wanted to just pay part of it! Who does that? Someone who genuinely cares about people. I paid for the whole order and he said, wow they are going to be so blessed and don’t even know it! Beat service I have ever had at Starbucks and I must say, these days being out exceptional service does not exist. Well done Anthony! Thank you

Always a friendly staff to greet you. I get the brown sugar shaken espresso. Cindy recommended trying a couple pumps of white mocha with it. Tasted fantastic with my sausage cheddar sandwich.

First time visit to this location. Super friendly drive thru barista and very quick service. Like seriously speedy. My drink was made to perfection; (even though I ordered something not on the menu,) breakfast sandwich was nice and warm, all in less than 5 minutes!

Went inside to order drinks and the girl that was upfront took an order before mine but when I got to the front asked if I was ordering (I said yes) and told me with somewhat of an attitude to wait and walked away to get someone else. Now the girl that came out and took my order was super nice and helpful! Suggested a drink bc I was unsure what to get, had no attitude and felt genuinely happy giving off great energy! And thank you for adding the whip cream on the ice coffee even though I made the mistake of forgetting to ask for it when I ordered. You’re totally awesome and your attitude definitely changed mine for the rest of the day! Thank you for being awesome! (Not sure but I believe her name was Vanessa?)

I like coming to this location because of how fast their service is and how nice the employees are here! The drinks are well made and the environment that they create is wonderful. Not like other starbucks locations, definitely my favorite one!

Hate to say it but Starbucks is usually consistent across branches in quality, cleanliness and quality. Hot drinks that are ordered are served at a temperature that you can start to enjoy your beverage immediately, without burning your tongue. Thats's just a little thing that I don't think many people notice or maybe I'm that new and everyone notices
