Update: Still 5 star service, but if I was rating the top management, I would take a star away. It sounds like they could take better care of their employees.

Every time I go here, the customer service is exceptional. They always know just how to help.

I absolutely adore our GameStop store! They always have every gaming need that we desire, and the people there are so friendly and nice! I have made a few good friends from there. Emma and Jenny are the Bomb dot com, and they deserve something great! They go above and beyond in their customer service skills to make you feel at home. Thank you ladies and gents for making the Butte GameStop, the best GameStop! Excited for them back to being open, I plan on stopping in to pick up a bundle of goodies! 🤎

Everytime I go in the employees are super great and nice- tonight in particular though was great. I really don’t write reviews but when I bought a used Xbox One earlier today and had to come into the store numerous times for things such as battery packs and the AC adapter - Bubba was a major help and an incredibly nice guy.

Emma is the best! She and the other staff there helped me out in a bind when she definitely did not have to.

I always enjoy going in because the people are always friendly and knowledgeable. There are always good deals on the hottest games. Jenny is my favorite person there, she's always friendly and she always makes me laugh even when I go in there in a terrible mood she just lifts me up.

Not all stores are equal. This store has Jen and Cory. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Welcoming & helpful service as always- even though it was almost close when we came in worker was patient with our questions and friendly entirely.

The staff at this particular Game Stop is amazing. Never a problem while the other stores seem that if you go in you are wasting their time if you ask them a question.
Kris in particularly is always helpful and always there if you have any questions.
