Nice selection of seemingly quality boots, and the employees were friendly. The prices seemed reasonable for today's economy but boots still seem expensive to us.

Kathy was great! Super helpful, patient and friendly. She actually took the time to correct all my customer information that another store failed to complete over and over. This store also has more to offer, this is now our favorite BB location! Durant,Oklahoma.

Walked in...store was clean... the blond girl Shiann welcomed me... she was so polite...she was on the phone helping a customer...as soon as she was done she showed me where the restroom was. She walked me back an opened the door for me... that was a first... the restroom was clean an smelt like it was just cleaned...Chuck helped my son find boots...all the isles were clean everything was stocked an in its place... Good job guys!!! Keep it up!!!

Found what we needed very quickly today for 2 kiddos. I ordered my boots online through sales lady. Everyone was very nice and helpful in the store.

5 stars🌟 But this group of young people are exceptional! Each of them were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and cheery. I was there late in the evening and one helped me with my hat, one helped me with boots, and the other one helped me with clothes. I'll let you know the quality of the boots soon. The boots are wonderful!! They are very well made and comfortable.

I like coming to this store friendly staff . If they don't have what you want they will order it and ship it to you.

We were visiting the casino and decided to stop in Boot Barn and see what they had. My husband chose a new straw hat. The employees had a hars time getting it shaped the way my husband wanted due to a seam that ran diagonally across the top. They did a great job and took a lot of time to get it shaped the best they could.
