The District Cinema

We visited The District at the Choctaw casino while visiting family. We parked in the parking garage and the took the elevator to the lobby. You walk past a side of the casino floor before entering The District, where there is an awesome arcade, a movie theater, bowling, and restaurants.

We reserved movie tickets ahead of time and the theater was great. The seats reclined quite a bit and the theater had the typical movie snacks. The next day we came back and spent about two hours at the arcade. We all had a great time.

I love the district everything about Choctaw is great. Every staff member was very nice and pleasant and I messed up on ticket no problem with my refund at all. So for fun movies bowling and casino for a great place for family or adult fun

I’ve been here probably 3-4 times through 2022-2023 and I loveee this place! Super clean rooms + good food choices I’d recommend to be ready to get some rest though from walking the casino floors because your feet are gonna hurt! Though it’s a very beautiful place to be located in an awesome area with some great people!

The luxury loungers are great. They have trays to help manage your snacks and drinks. Parking was free. Prices were equal to or less than Cinemark in Sherman.

Always very clean and friendly. Super good popcorn too!

I LOVE this place! The staff is amazing and so sweet to my kids. Everything is so cozy and the popcorn and hotdogs are great!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious! The manager, Cody L., is very knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for the film industry. The entire staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The gentleman taking our tickets even told me I was wearing my age well and a lovely young lady... and I'm not one to complain about unsolicited compliments delivered respectfully!

We love watching movies here! Friendly staff, and comfortable recliner chairs.

There is a ton of stuff to do for kids here. But dont come here thinking the kids can play games and the adults play theirs. Just because some genius placed a game room in the middle of a casino then decided you cant play the games while your kids stay busy in the game room.

Come here with kids if you are not interested in slots. You cant have it both ways. Kids only or adults only.

We caught a movie here while staying at Choctaw. The theater was clean and the screen was huge. We were pleasantly surprised by the chairs and concession stand.

For being in Durant, this theater is amazing. They have the same seats as the theater in Sherman does in some of the rooms. They offer specials on different days of the week. Pretty clean.

Had a great time with the whole family bowling. It was plenty crowded, but the staff is great, lanes are nice, and the game was on the bigscreens right over the lanes. Nice place.

Easy to get in and watch a great movie.

I honestly love the cinema here. The seats are usually nice and spacious though everytime we go we get the luxury seating because that's just how it happens lol, idk if they make their pretzels fresh or something because it hasn't been stale once every time I go, and I learned recently not every theater has icees but luckily this one does lmao. Also if you get a drink from another part of the casino they let you bring it in (I doubt if it was alcohol they would but we got a Starbucks drink and they said it was fine) the staff is almost always super nice I really recommend
