Ross Dress for Less

Im just AMAZED!!! On how CLEAN & ORGANIZED this store is! I have never walked to a Ross like this, I was surprised and glad I stopped by, the stores I have in my town are so disorganized that you cant even walk thru the aisles, this on the other hand lets you see all the good stuff they have and their staff are so friendly!! Great Job guys! Keep it that way 😊☺👏🏻

Being a smaller store, our Ross has a great selection. The store is always clean and the people who work there are super nice!
The only small complaint that I have is that there was a constance buzzing/ringing sound the entire 2 hours while I shopped.

I thought it was hilarious how they were saying over the radio and on flyers throughout the store "joining their team makes you family" or however it was put. Yet when we came through the door a woman and male cashier was talking bad on another employee. The woman said something to the effect of them always putting her to work with someone that knows nothing (dumb).
I immediately looked at the flyer about joining a friendly staff or however that went. Anyways. I checked out and as I was leaving the store.... The manager picture was near the exit. He was the one talking with the female about another employee. Lead by example.... I hate it for that employee smh. Also l've lost a percentage of my hearing so for me to hear them they were heck-a loud.

I WENT TO THE NEW STORE IN MCCOMB, MISSISSIPPI AND STAYED UNTILL I COULD NOT WALK. IT HAS CLOTHES I LOVE AND A VARIETY OF ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE AND GREAT
PRICES. VERY WELL ORGANIZED!
