In and out in less than 1 hour! I guess I'm proof not every live load takes all day (11 pallets). Park on the shoulder nearby, walk over to guardshack to check in. Receiving checkin starts 4p.m. (3:45p.m. is fine). They'll call you with a door. Pay through the text message Capstone. They'll call you when bills are ready at the guardshack. Overnighting on the nearby shoulder is fine.

Appointment time 1600. Arrived at 1500. Walked to guard shack told to come back at 1545. So came back at 1545 checked in. Got door at 1627. Got paperwork & left at 1715. Would come back. Guard workers were nice.

When I read the reviews I was worried. But arrived here early they took me 1 hour before my appointment and was done in an hour. They have potable washrooms near guard check. When you come here don’t go in park on the side of the road walk to guard check. After you are done you can still park on the side of the road. Shoulder of the road is big enough to park. Also easy to back into the docks.

Don’t know what all the complaints are about. Rolled up around 1700 for a 1900 appointment. Parked on the shoulder like it’s blatantly clear that’s what is supposed to be done when approaching. Got a call at 1800 for a door was unloaded and out the gate by 1915. Had a FULL candy trailer to boot. Quickest McClane I’ve ever delivered to

Can check in at 1600. My apt was 1900. In door at 1800. Out the door at 1900. Lumper prepaid. They go by apt times but can check early. There’s porta Johns by shack. Can park on street waiting for door. There’s a gravel lot 1/4mi down the road for overnight. Believe they fired the racist lady though so that’s good.

Appt was at 9pm, got a dock at 9:15pm, was unloaded and rolling by 10pm.

You can’t check in until 4:00 pm

Not sure whats up with reviews but i been there. Arrived at 1845, parked along road walked to guard shack with vest, checked in 1910, walked back to truck 20 min later call from guard with door, empty and gone 2200. All paperless capstone lumper through app. Wish all companies were paperless.

My appointment was at 9pm I checked in 2 hours early they called me in 5 minutes to give me a door. its now 9 and I'm done lumper fee was only 75. Bucks

Must be lucky! Had appt for 2300. Checked in at 2030, in a door at 2045, unloaded at 2130, got bills and on my way at 2230. Candy load on a Sunday. Guard was very nice and lady at receiving window to!!

Parked on street, checked in. Was told to wait, parked at gravel lot. Got called 30 min later. Backed into door, 45 min later payed lumper and got BOL. Partial

Did not have a bad experience like most, appointment was 5pm, checked in 430pm because 5pm is when the receiving shift starts, got a door a 6:40pm, mind you there is more then 5 trucks with the 5pm appointment so patience is necessary, there is over night parking on the street, but if you have other loads picking up early the morning and your appointment is late, I advise to stretch that pick up time, staff was friendly, they call you for a door and to get your paperwork, other wise very chill.

Checked in at 5pm for a 7pm appt. Waited 15mins got a door and unloaded and heading out at 7:38pm.
No complaints:)

Easy check in process. Got here for my 7am appt was out at 9am.
Don’t come here early cus they will not take you

Best service by security officer and fast unloading by lumper some parking side of street bad thing is some truckers throw trash side of the road, once city get tired of that you will see no parking sign everywhere so please don't throw trash.thank you

Sunday night is laid back. Everyone was pleasant and I was in and out for a live unload in one hour and thirty-five minutes.

Wonderful shopping experience here. And the stuff and customer service was extremely wonderful. I will encourage anyone here in this town or travelers . Stop and shop here if you need to. Marvelous experience
