Lasher a was very helpful and patient. My family and I came in not really knowing what we wanted or how our account was setup but she took her time and went through and explained our current plan and the best plan for our family. Again Thank you Lasheena for all your assistance!!!!!!

I went to the Brookhaven AT&T store to make a purchase and add a service line to our account yesterday. Mike greeted me with a smile when I walked through the door. He was extremely helpful. In the process of adding the service line, we discovered that a delinquent account not belonging to my husband and I had been attached to our account. Mike explained that until the issue was resolved, we could not add a service line. He provided a number for us to call along with his contact number. After spending 6 hours on the phone yesterday and another 1 plus hours today, we were able to get our service line added. Throughout the process, I called Mike multiple times as he was trying to do what he could to assist in any way he could. Mike, we appreciate you and your efforts!
