AT&T Store

Sarah at the AT&T store in Butte, Mt was amazing. She spent over 2 hours with my husband and I fixing problems on our phones plus getting us a new phone and accessories. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful for all our needs. This is my new go to store

Sarah helped me get a new phone set up after mine was stolen yesterday, all while assisting multiple other customers as she was the only one in the store. She was so kind and helpful! Big thank you to her!

Although the store was very busy, Meka and Kiande did a fabulous job. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We waited a bit, but the service was well worth it! We were on an old plan but wanted to add a line. They were able to save us quite a bit of money and even with adding a line! Thank you Ladies!!!

Sarah made switching my line SO easy! She was so personable, kind, and informative! She managed the chaos of several of us in the store and the phone ringing often, while still making each of us feel attended to and helped. She helped me find a plan that would work for my budget and made it all so easy. Thank you Sarah!

The ladies who represent this store are amazing, always going the extra mile. Many could not do what they do let alone one person juggling many different people at the same time. I have to put in a special shout-out for Keon, she is very professional, well versed, keeps people smiling and never makes you feel dumb by asking questions. It really touched my heart as I watched her cover the cost for a customer whose bill was messed up and AT&T basically said there was nothing they could do. People like her make the world a better place and makes me strive to be a better person. Kudos to you Keon and the other ladies in the Butte store 🥰

Visiting this ATT store and the one in my local town has been a great experience all the times so far. All the employees are polite and professional and they answered all my questions the only concern I had was it was a bit of a wait when it was a busy time of day but that can be expected at any phone store. Best company I phone with so far!

I went there yesterday because I had dropped my phone one time too many and Keon Lynn was very helpful she was able to upgrade my plan and got me a new phone for no money out of pocket and set it all up put on screen protector she did all this while helping other customers

Meka from AT&T Butte Montana got me back into my email which was a 3 week difficult problem !!!! She saved me so much stress !!!!! I love her.

Meeka and Sara in are truly amazing associates! I had my niece with me and Meeka put on cartoons and got some candy out for her to pick from while Sara helped me set up an account. Sara and Meeka are extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the products available in my price range. Setting everything up and choosing the phone and accessories took under an hour. By far the BEST experience I've ever had with a phone company!

Sara and Meka were working the day we were in. They both were very helpful and took the time to explain things to my husband and I, two very low-tech buyers. He is very happy with the purchase. These ladies were excellent in helping us find what we needed and our best options. Highly recommend them.

I was on my way back home to MN and my phone had issues with the battery charging. I arrived at the store just as they were about to close and Maci was kind enough to help me get my phone up and running again. She absolutely saved the day and was kind, knowledgeable and accommodating in a major time of need.

Amazing experience at this location! The customer service is incredible from Maci and Meka. Maci helped get my mom and sister switched over to iPhones and ATT from ancient androids on Sprint and was sooooo helpful and patient and knowledgeable!!!! The store was slammed and only the two awesome women were working but they were both so wonderful at being attentive and helpful and thorough with everyone! You rock!!! Thanks so much! Made a potentially stressful experience super easy and fun and relaxed!!
