Pharmacy staff is extremely hard working with constantly being understaffed. I have personally see them work through their lunches to ensure customers get their prescriptions in a timely manner. Are they rude? Absolutely not. Direct? Yes. I can see how people can misinterpret being direct for rude, but at the end of the day their main focus is the health of their customers. The ladies were going to lunch when my prescription was transferred from the Berryville Ave store and my dad was on intensive care the pharmacist and the techs waited the extra time to fill my script so I could get to my dad and they didn't have to they could have gone to lunch and made me wait but they were caring and compassionet and filled it right away

Melissa in the pharmacy was so pleasant and helped me so much with my much needed prescriptions! Called 2 Walgreens and was hung up on but she worked with me and was very nice

Efficient store but prices can be high.

This store gets a lot of flack but it’s not the employee’s fault that the store isn’t adequately staffed. Always been extremely pleasant and nice to me

Store is clean and convenient. Just wish the prices were not so much higher than other stores.

Decent location. Has everything every other CVS has. Was kind of dirty when I visited. Unfortunately, has been plagued by a lack of employees for a while and is known for closing early because of "a lack of staff". Eh, it's ok. Other times that I've been, it has had a lot of bare space on the shelves in some areas, so not sure if there are supply chain issues, management issues, or a continued lack of staffing. Either way, it's OK. Their location will probably keep them in business.

The worst pharmacy to deal with! The staff is so rude and useless. I’ve been trying to pick up my prescriptions for the past 3 days and they have been nothing but difficult making excuses as to why they cannot fill them. I had my doctor and insurance call them and they gave me everything but the most important thing and claimed they didn’t have a prescription for it yet on the first day I tried picking it up they told me they couldn’t fill it because it didn’t have the brand name on the prescription. Doctor re sent prescription and still denied having it. Definitely avoid this pharmacy. They don’t even deserve a one star.

Do yourself and family a favor and check out another pharmacy. The pharmacist here are just not helpful and truly do not care enough to give you information to mitigate any medication delays. I’m not sure if it’s lack of knowledge or general disinterest.
