I have never been more impressed with the professionalism, kindness, patience and willingness to help than I am with Mark at the Chasewood GNC!!! Not only did Mark go above and beyond in time and effort to solve a difficult situation I was having with a long distance transaction but he never became frustrated nor made me feel as if I was anything other than a valued customer worthy of his care. I find that to be very rare in today's retail world. I also appreciated that Mark offered unsolicited invaluable product information and graciously helped me find the best products for my needs. I have frequented dozens of GNC's in dozens of states and none compare to the customer service I received from Mark at Chasewood GNC. I am extremely thankful and grateful for such a positive experience with such a positive person.

This is a really great family owned GNC. I would highly suggest coming in for all your supplement needs. Also ask for Mark, he helped me out and was great.

I recently went in to get meal replacement shakes and Mark was great! I highly recommend this GNC! I always come here and they are always really nice and give great advice on nutrition/supplements!

My boyfriend and I shop at GNC in Chasewood Plaza. We love this store because there is a great worker there, Joe. He is always willing to help and always has a good attitude with all of the customers. We always look for him when we get there. We were there this morning and had the best help from him, like always. We explain to him what we are looking for and he always tells us what he thinks will work for us. Thank you for always helping us with what we need Joe! You are the reason we shop there!

What can I say about this store that hasn't already been said in the other reviews?

I walked in not really sure what I was looking for. I don't really like salesmen, and I noticed it was just me and one employee in the store.

When Joe came over he had a genuine feeling of wanting to help me. Not sell me some hot item. His smile and gentle demeanor immediately put me at ease like we were old friends.

I told him what I was kind of looking for and he had some ideas.

The product was 69.99 Upon getting home I went on Amazon to check the price and it is 77.00 on Amazon!

Great customer service and prices that beat Amazon.

This is such a great GNC! I’ve been going to GNC for years and I’ve never received such amazing genuine AWESOME customer service! Chloe I believe her name is, was outstanding and so helpful! The owner is also extremely nice! This place is a family owned franchise and I really felt like family upon my visit!
I will be going back soon! I’d much rather visit this location then to shop online, they are so FRIENDLY !

I absolutely recommend this GNC store. The staff are an amazing group of individuals that came together to create an incredible healthy store. Joe is an awesome man that truly cares about his customers and associates. I'm always happy every time I step my foot in the store.

Joe and his staff are amazing! So much knowledge and will set you up with the products that suit your needs. No pressure and educate you on all your options. Not your typical shop that is only out to sell you as much as possible and not necessarily what you need. They care about their customers. They want you to be a customer for life.

I love this GNC. The products are great, and I can’t find some of the products in other GNC stores. The staff is awesome as well. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I've been to many nutrition stores, and this one is special. Joe, the manager, clearly has a passion for his work, a talent for explaining nutrition, and a professionalism that makes it clear he's recommending products he really believes in. Very impressive. You get real advice, which is so much better than just buying from a robot on amazon.

I have to say... usually I can't stand walking into gnc stores. Most of them have 0 knowledge of what their talking about. Being a professional in the industry, this was by far the best one! Max greeted my wife and I and was awesome. He knew his stuff, was educated but was not pushy. If your in town and are skeptical on gnc just go into this one and you won't be disappointed. Other stores need people like him! Thanks max!

Joe is extremely knowledgeable on his product line and takes the time to understand your goals and suggest the best products FOR YOU! He goes the extra mile every time and I've had nothing but great experiences at this store.

This is a great GNC. Tyler I believe his name was very helpful and knowledgeable about nutrition. I just started working out again and I’m trying to put on weight and he spent over a half an hour talking to me about which supplements and protein would work best. I did my research after I talk to him and everything he shared with me was confirmed and all my research.

I've been to a lot of GNC's in my lifetime and none come close to the service I receive at GNC in the chase wood plaza. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable so ask a lot of questions. They're very thoughtful and want you to leave happy.

Dylan has been helping me for months hes great, Logan recently helped me and he was very helpful and knowledgeable, only GNC ill shop at its a franchise been shopping for years, Joe and his crew is fantastic as always

The manager has helped me IMENSELY. They are experts and not pushy at all! I always learn something new, and every time I leave the store I feel PUMPED to go to the gym and eat healthy!!
