AT&T Store

This must be the best AT&T store in the network. We were upgrading two phones today, and Nick and Marc were amazing and awesome. Not only was it great service, but they were able to resolve an issue we’ve been trying to resolve with our account for almost 2 years. Thank you,

Nick took care of me during my visit this week. I came in very stressed and needed something resolved quickly. He went above and beyond to do what I needed done, and very quickly, so I appreciate his recognition of my urgency and his great hospitality skills as well. That said, he is an employee that att is lucky to have acquired.

My agent Simon had a great attitude and went above and beyond. His interaction with me left a lasting impact. Made my visit pleasant and relaxed help me understand everything in detail about my new contract. Thanks for all your help and excellent customer service.

I live in Assisted Living close by. I got a new iPhone 15. My agent went above and beyond helping me change from 11 to 15 with ease. The was very friendly, kind, pleasant and understanding. My visit was very relaxing because of his demeanor. I am delighted to highly recommend the INDIANTOWN ROAD, Jupiter, FL office for any questions, problems or purchase of new equipment.

Nick was extremely helpful. He was kind, personable and patient as we asked him many questions. Very detail oriented and personable.

I want to thank Jerome. I just changed over to At&T and had tried to resolve an issue to 2 days without luck. I walked into the Jupiter store and Jerome was beyond helpful. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and resolved my issue within 30 minutes.

I don't often leave reviews, but the service and guidance I was given by Nick M. was absolutely superb. You cannot fake authenticity, and Nick's care for you as a customer is authentic. I truly believe that he is an asset to AT&T and to anyone who needs assistance with their cellular services and devices. Thank you Nick M.. and AT&T, promote this stellar employee at first chance.

Carmen welcomed me with a smile and a "Sure, I can Help you!" I did not have an appointment. She walked me through the process of setting up my new work iPhone while tending to three other customers (without interrupting my phone transfer at all). She greeted each of them with the same positive attitude as she did with me. She also let me know about service upgrade in my area. The best AT&T experience I have every had!!! ( I have been a customer for 20+ years! ). Then I find out she graduated from the same HS I did...30. years after me....Go Tigers!!!! Well done Carmen!

Knowledgeable and professional staff. I worked with Douglas who set up some services for my small business. I had a few tricky questions due to the nature of my business and he didn't hesitate to ask other AT&T staff members for their opinion on the matter. That sort of No-BS teamwork is great to see and I hope AT&T is doing everything they can to encourage the comradeship that I saw in that store.

The manager and employees at this store helped me with a very tricky issue I had when switching from post paid to prepaid. They were so nice and helpful and completely resolved an issue that many customer service agents could not figure out over the phone. I really appreciate how awesome their service was! Would definitely recommend this location.

I came to this store after having spend over 12 hours on the phone with AT&T and not solving my issue. I was welcome by Doug, and he was very diligent solving my issue quickly; attentive to make me feel he was there to help me and not getting annoyed by my problem. At the end you have more than great customer service, and still feel like part of the family. Doug God bless your son, daughter and wife (The girl is the boss). Thanks again. I do Recomend this store since the team there, the store location, the short wait make it one of the best around.

This week a broken fiber cable led to us switching 3 phones from Verizon to AT&T. I have to say Mark and Fred at the store were amazing. The rep who set up our new accounts at our home, Angelo, gave me a 50% coupon for case and screen saver. Shout out to Angelo, he was awesome!. He directed me to the west Jupiter store for the case and screen protector. Mark greeted me immediately. He got me started and Fred finished putting my screen protector and otter box case on. He had it done before I realized it. I would have hung out another half hour as their energy was so good. AT&T needs to reward these employees. I’m not easily delighted.

He was very patient and explained all aspects of my new phone. I highly recommend Jerone as your AT&T rep.

I needed a new phone because my old one died. Ugh!! So, Victoria helped me make the transition to a new phone extremely quick. It was hands down the easiest time I ever had getting a new phone. Victoria was very pleasant and knowledgeable, (even though I wasn't getting an I phone) she knew her stuff. My husband even ended up getting a new phone as well. We left satisfied and grateful to have had such an pleasant experience. Whomever is in charge should know that Victoria is a valuable asset to your store and company.

These guys were great. All the employees were with customers when I arrived but I was greeted by a manager immediately and he put me on the wait list. I was matched up with a salesman/adviser named Fred and he was awesome. Nice guy, knew what to do for my questions and got me on my way very quickly. Shout out to Fred and the team, great team synergy!

I had an excellent experience at the local AT&T store recenrly.The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and handled my problem as quickly is he could. It wasn't until we were finished that I realized he was not your run-of-the-mill customer service rep, he was the store manager. You don't expect a manager to be waiting on customers so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised.

I have never dealt with AT&T and came in feeling overwhelmed by many service options... but I have to say I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had today. Michael was really wonderful. He was honest, straightforward, and helped me save money. No hassle and no games. I felt like he cared about me getting exactly what I needed at a price I could afford. I am so appreciative and would recommend coming to see him if you have any questions or are thinking of starting service from about AT&T. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I wish more representatives behaved this way.

Nice store. Staff took care of me quickly and with no appointment. He explained plans, recommendations and got me a good deal. I'm still happy with the whole deal.
