Large assortment of magazines ... although I bought an orange juice. The place is spacious, well-lit and the merchandise is well displayed.

The service here is as it seems to be very common in the United States: just barely kind; the staff complies with answering your questions, but there is a lack of warmth, that quality of wanting to please and satisfy the customer.

El servicio aquí es como parece ser muy común en los Estados Unidos: apenas amable; el personal cumple con contestar a tus preguntas, pero la falta calidez, esa cualidad de querer agradar y satisfacer al cliente.

Outrageous prices for everything compared to outside the airport.

The selection is extremely limited and the cashier is incredibly slow. Always talking on the phone instead of doing her job.

The cashier was very rude to the guy infront of me, and then for mine he didn't have coin change for $1.55 for me and just shrugged and gave me $1.00 at least in my job if someone was going to lose money from a coin shortage in the till it would be the company. But it doesn't stop there, the next customer was a woman and he was extremely kind to her and was obviously flirting. It was extremely disrespectful to act so rude to the male customers and with no change be so over the top kind to the females. I really hope the training on how to treat customers is improved, because looking at the other reviews this is a common theme for this location
