My favorite CVS in all of Palm Beach! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love their after holiday sales and they have a massive makeup selection compared to other locations which is so great. I also love to pick up their $1 hair bows for my daughter. The best CVS~

My Experience at CVS Pharmacy in Royal Palm Beach has been very pleasant and welcoming. The staff members are friendly, helpful and accommodating. I must also say that the service is always great.

How can I not give this store five stars?!! It deserves 10 STARS! The employees have been very nice, polite, patient and helpful and treat you respectfully. I have no complaints about this CVS. It's WONDERFUL!

Well, I've had medical issues for 18 yrs and never had one single problem with this local CVS. They are courteous, friendly and on time. There have been same hiccups during the Covid years but that is to be expected with so much more traffic and sickness. Thank you CVS Royal Palm Beach!! You guys ROCK!!!

I have been using this CVS for a couple of years. They are always very friendly and helpful. The drive thru is efficient, and friendly. I'm not sure what else a good Pharmacy can do for their customer.

I really don’t understand the past bad reviews for this pharmacy, like 30 minutes to hand out 3 covid test. If you don’t like to wait then pay the $120 for a pcr rapid covid test in a MD NOW, people don’t realize that they’re complaining for something free??? Appreciate more the people that are around you, they’re learning just like you that you learned that they make free pcr test!
The pharmacy is great and the staff too, yes you have to wait in line, and if you don’t like that then go to a low volume pharmacy. Every time I go to the pharmacy there’s a show made by costumers with no common sense, the staff explains everything really well and always try to solve your problem! Thank you pharmacy team!

The pharmacy staff is always friendly and attentive. I have also gotten my flu shots here as well. In store or drive thru I always get great service. I don't know why I see such negative comments here. I have nothing but good experiences here every time.

The Pharmacist Jessica went above and beyond to help me this morning! I was having an issue getting a coupon for a medication applied and she spent a lot of time and made multiple phone calls to get it applied. She was amazingly patient and kind. They had a great group working in the pharmacy this morning.

I go here frequently. I’ve gotten prescriptions there and been happy with the service. I had an unusual circumstance and the pharmacy tech handled it very well. The staff is great at the front check out, very friendly and engaging. They seem to have sales all the time. I’m impressed with this CVS. It’s the best one I’ve been to.

we went to take our passport photos and heaven was so sweet! very professional and generally just an awesome person to be around. she got the job done and she did it well. 100% recommend her <3

As a chronically Ill person, if I can swing by instead of getting my meds delivered I always give it a try, and honestly the last few times I wenr, I was helped by Catalina and she really just constantly brightens my day. It's so weird how an interaction with a stanger can really make my day, but during covid, im really looking forward to my pharmacy trips, because she's always so happy. Its like she's always just heard the best joke on earth and she's just like so happy and smiley and oh my gosh is that human interaction the best right now. So, thank you for being the best part of random days in my life.

Thank you for everyone who has been putting in the extra hours to make sure our city is safe. Each time I visit this CVS, everyone is so nice and has good attitudes despite the craziness in the world right now.

Yes I had to wait but I have worked in a customer service job before too, you do have more then one task while working customer service! Lots of cry babies gave low stars because they had to wait. My experience was nothing short of outstanding!

Love my CVS! I can stop there at my store on Okeechobee and Royal Palm Beach Blvd and have been going there for years and the staff are so awesome at front of store and the pharmacy us awesome. I consider them my friends!
