I bought their most expensive bluetooth headset from their JIA location. I had it for two weeks and I could only hear distorted audio both times I tried it. On my way back home, I decided to exchange it. My receipt and box was in my checked luggage and I could not access it. The girl who "helped" me was extremely rude. As soon as I told her I wanted to exchange something she immediately said a manager had to be there and one wasn't there. When she looked at the bluetooth headset and charging case she said it looked 'very used'. I attempted to use it only twice as it was defective. I offered her all the information I could about where and when I purchased it, suggesting she call the store at JIA. Clearly she wasn't going to help, so I took it to JIA and the super friendly people helped me there.

Mi mother bought two Apple Watches there, but the color was not the color that she asked and the seller didn’t let her open the box to check, so my mom trusted in her. But when she arrived to our country she realized that it wasn’t the same.
Also, my mother asked her why the watch was more expensive than in apple official and she said that because it was a new model, but it was the same watch, 50 dollars more than in apple, which is fine, but she lied.
