I placed a $720 order on their website over a week ago and have reached out to the seller 3 times asking for proof of shipping or any information on the items that this website says was in stock when I purchased it. I have had absolutely no response or communication with this owner.

As far as I’m concerned this website is a scam and they have taken my money with no intentions of supplying me the product.

DO NOT BUY FROM TCG GAMING VIA WEBSITE OR INSTAGRAM! TCG Gaming and I came to an agreement for some Pokémon product via Instagram. I issued over $2,400 in payment, with the promise that it would be a couple of weeks. After repeated check-ins, TCG Gaming always had an excuse and moved the timeline for delivery.

After 5 weeks and multiple broken promises, I asked for a refund. TCG Gaming did not want to give me a refund, so I escalated the case through PayPal. Eventually, PayPal ruled in my favor, but TCG Gaming could have done the right thing and issued the refund at the start, instead of making me wait weeks. Horrible customer service.
