Chateau 4 Paws

There was an issue with our reservation. They still got us in and took care of us. I've tried my dog at three other places and she came back from this place looking better than she has at any of the others. Make your reservations ahead of time because it's obvious why they're booked up. They do a great job. My dog came back without the tiger stripes from the clippers which most of the other places do. She was clean and happy and taken care of. And the prices were fair as well.

Great groomer and well run business. Gator smells and feels great after his grooms. He comes back with a soft coat and never smells over perfumed (they offer sensitive skin baths). The online booking and text reminders the day before the appt are super convenient. The grooming and kennels are all where you can see them so you know how your pet is treated while they are there.

The owner and her team have always been kind and patient with me, even on the days where I was late picking my pup up. They stay busy and are usually booked at least 2 weeks out. Even though they always seem busy, I've never had a long wait to get my pup.

I've tried at least 8 different groomers since moving to GA and Chateau 4 Paws has been the best by far.

10 out of 10!!!!! Everyone in the building is so nice, prompt service, good music, very clean, and a quick turnaround! My girls came back better than ever! They smell so good and their coats are shinier than I’ve ever seen them! I’ll definitely be a customer for life! The little finishing touches are EVERYTHING

Amazing service and care. They are friendly and take good care of my dog. Support small businesses! Make an appointment but they always try to work with you. The best spot in the south.

I am new to the side of town and wanted to mingle with businesses like mine. I stopped in after checking out Janelle's website to offer my business cards and pet sitting, dog walking, training services to her clients. She was so warm and friendly and had an eagerness to collaborate together. The dogs that were on the table looked absolutely fabulous! And it was so very clean! Their customer service was top notch! I have a older sweet pitbull that does not need any haircuts but I will bring her here for nail trimmings for sure! Thanks Janelle! I look forward to caring for your clients to the same caliber of care as you provide for them!

I took my senior, nervous Boxer to see Janelle today for a nail trim. She did an awesome job and calmed his nerves. So thankful to have found somewhere that is gentle and kind with him. We will be back!

They made Zazu in to another dog. He was so hairy and greasy looking until he came here. Thank you as always! Great service and timely.

I bring my puppy, Bear, here for grooming services. They take great care of Bear. They know exactly what's needed for a puppy especially keeping his ears trimmed and cleaned to prevent infection. Love them!

I took my senior pup to Chateau 4 Paws for the first time last week and was so pleased with their service! My husband dropped her off around opening and she was ready to be picked up a few hours later. She is a shih tzu which can be tedious for grooming but they did a fantastic job shaping her up and clipping her nails! And the young lady I spoke with was very polite and helpful. I’m so happy to have found a good groomer close to home!!

My puppy first cut was wonderful. He smells so good. The owner is very knowledgeable & provides recommendations. The drop off and pick up process was seamlessly! Highly recommend sending your fur baby here!

I took my dog here to get groomed recently and she came back calm and very cute. My dog is generally not okay around other dogs or people, but when we got there to pick her up she was super calm. Great place to take your dog!
